After visiting today and seeing the other reviews, it's clear whoever is managing this store needs to be replaced. I felt so bad for the ONE helpful employee (Bailey) who helped me after waiting 20 minutes for my shoes (despite the section being empty, and the kiosk telling me it would be 2-3 minutes lol) and then as I was the only person standing in line two cashiers vanished into the ether instead of helping me check out with my single item. Wtf. Literally after 10 minutes of standing there watching the other customer try to bamboozle and talk her way into returning some items from forever ago, I had to say something and ask to be helped. A person who appeared to be a manager rudely said "there's only one cashier" instead of HELPING and I said "I've been waiting here so long that there were another 2 who left while I was standing here!" So Bailey, who was already dealing with this dreadful return situation, called me over and said she would help me. Why is there only one helpful person in the whole place? Shout out to BAILEY for being that helpful person. This store is a mess.

We always try this location and now we are officially done. Service is terrible. Never have sizes. Just refer us to the kiosk to check sizes. Then say oh we don't have it. When one employee said you do and so did kiosk. Like literally no training in customer service. We will go literally anywhere else and will not even support Dicks online.

Lmao so i've never been the type to leave reviews in all my life even if i've had bad service but I just got to say the customer service here is so terrible when it comes to pick up orders i'm not sure of her name but i think the lady who runs the pick up orders with the glasses was just flat out RUDE and didn't even want to give me the time of day. i work in customer service so i know the struggle but damn at least try to fake it i wasn't even pestering or being a karen at all i was just asking a simple question and to top it off the question i was asking about was in regards to my pick up order that got cancelled because they didn't have my "item in store" but when i go in the store i don't find just one but MULTIPLE of the item i was trying to purchase for pick up and she tells me "oh how'd you find it i didn't see them" like cmonnn i tried to hold my composure but they need some nicer management in there asap shout out to the guy who completed my purchase at the register he was nice

The store is normal and fine, the problem is when you need help from the employees. I asked for help and a basic question that he could check, he made a face, treated me with disrespect and told me to ask someone else. I’d rather buy online than to return to this location and receive the same treatment again.

Went in to get some new running shoes. I had a couple in mind, but also asked for recommendations. Ean was extremely helpful. At one point, it seemed he was the only employee on the floor, but he handled all the requests well. He kept checking on me and willingly found each shoe I requested. I know I can be indecisive sometimes with purchases like this, so as it got busier I was nervous I ‘d be forgotten about, but Ean stayed on top of everything, gave great recommendations, and was very helpful in my pursuit of new running shoes. Thanks Ean!

Don’t waste your time with shoes. Three employees hanging out on the clock talking to each other staring at customs. Put in three request for soccer cleats. No one helped us or came out with them. System quoted 1-2 minutes and we waited 15. Just go somewhere else l, don’t waste your time.

Went in today looking for hiking shoes. This was my 3rd store and the staff were in some kind of group meeting. I was sent a salesperson who asked me what my size was. Didn't ask to measure my foot to make sure. He was lack luster at best as he said he found a pair and brought them out. I looked around and asked if there was anywhere to sit and he said, oh yes, come around here. I sat down. He promptly disappeared and the shoes were far too small. He never returned but another salesperson did and I asked if they had in a different size. He looked at his phone and said no, they didn't have them in a larger size. end of story. What happened to taking a genuine interest in a person's search? Don't they have other stores? Could they not have called them to see if they had them in my size? Could they not have asked me if they could measure my foot, and bring me some boots in my size to choose from? Nope.. Absolute waste of time and energy. And the hiking boots section was a mess anyhow...more staff than customers...won't be going back.

Absolute worst customer service. Manager is extremely rude, disorganized and clueless. Couldn't get anyone to help open a cabinet to purchase an item. Waited in line for help, received the product, then was told to get back in line to pay.
