Cindy the person at front desk has the worst customer service and terrible attitude. She is very unprofessional as if she owns the DMV, she forgets she is a public servant. She was rude and racist. She shouldn't be working here.

Very quick and efficient. Came here to drop off some documents and was in and out within a half hour. No line, super cold AC, this is by far the best DMV I've ever been to!

This DMV is only for commercial needs, so if you found this place the only benefit is not having to waste 4 hours at a regular DMV. I've never heard of this place until I signed up for a trucking school and they told me. The hours posted on Apple Maps are incorrect and are only open from 7am-4pm. It's a cash only location and they expect you to bring exact change without you knowing any of the prices. Makes sense right. But make sure you bring your medical exam, passport, proof of residency, current drivers license, and SSN. Because they will not hesitate to waste your time, once you have everything you need it should go smooth. But have patience because they work incredibly slow and take their sweet time.

I had to deduct a star due to one of the workers being extremely rude. The male, and the lady with dark hair were absolutely professional and treated everyone with respect. The grey haired lady was extremely rude and telling me off and raising her voice at me for starting an exam after 1430, when the OTHER TWO WORKERS said 1530. She needs some serious customer service training, and needs to remember at the end of the day she's a public servant. I deducted 3 stars because of her piss poor attitude. The other two deserve the 5 stars, but this bitter lady knocked 3 points off for her attitude.

I went to take my pretrip and skills I was so nervous and scared but the examiner was the best he took his time and let me go at my own pace it was very hot weather but yes everybody was so friendly and professional I would recommend this place to everybody who's ready to get their commercial license

Michelle was absolutely awesome! I had a great experience using this facility. On Thursdays they offer DMV services for all, not just commercial licensing. I will never go to the DMV again! Fast and courteous staff! Dont forget to bring two pieces of Government verification other than your passport and drivers license!

the worst customer service i have ever seen from anywhere, we submit an application for a customer of ours, title was not received, we went to the dmv to ask about this application and title, JESUS which i believe his the manager there said there was an error with his application, so we have to make an appt with lady name YVETTE, we try to reach out to her for 4 days straights, its either she's on lunch break or off, we spoke to JESUS on the phone and asked if he can help, he told us that he cant help us because we don't have an appt, we would need to make an appt to talk to him, i was like am all reedy talking to you now, cant you help me and tell me what's the error that we have so i can fix it please, he said no i cant help you you have to make appt with me, so stupid and it does not make any sense, this person should not work for any of dmv location and should get fired for the worst customer services, he doesn't even deserve a one star review, over 3 weeks and im trying to just find out what's going on with my application and to make an appt, this is insane smh.

Professional kind employees. They have a really good system. You wait in the car and they text/call you, (makes it less crowded).
