CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE!!!The cashier wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing and rung up some items more than once. Notices it when I got home and they want me to drive back over there to put the money back on my card which isn’t worth the trip there with gas prices the way they are.

January 2024I've always come to this location at 8am for the last 3 years. I'm not exactly sure when store hours changed but man it would have been nice if they took action and made sure the time was changed on Google. It shouldn't be public responsibility to update your store hours for you. It's so frustrating to show up and the store is closed. I'm a patient person so I will wait for opening but I wouldn't have come had google been updated.

I just wanted to recognize Mabel!
I shopped at the Dollar Tree off Caminito Canada, El Cajon, CA yesterday.
I was extremely happy with the supplies at this store, especially the cards, gifts, art supplies and crafts. But more importantly, Mabel, made the store a kind of place I would want to return to again and again!
It is hard to find employees that want to work and who will go the extra mile to make customers feel welcome! Mabel does just that! She is a woman of her word and customers like her!

The following is not limited to just Dollar Tree. I have been to others. Dollar Tree is trying BUT in this economy disaster of high inflation and wage stagnation , there is very little "cheap" for sale. Very little "dollar" items and at Dollar Tree the produce has turned it's last corner! Other food items look a little beat up, not soft anymore and extremely short dated.Dollar Tree can't just raise their prices like the main stream crowd is doing, doing without cause to improve their profit beyond their wildest dreams.I urge you to support Dollar Tree, with improved gross $$ they will be able to buy more, buy better quality and sell at lower prices!3 stars for trying hard to turn the corner!
