Easily the best car experience I’ve had. The offer price was the highest of all the competitors and honored minus a small dent and paint repair that was needed which was only a few hundred bucks compared to a few thousand at a body shop. Mike and team had the inspection complete and a check in hand in an hour flat. Very smooth process.

Have my car inspected and appraised in about half an hour, provided accurate estimation on the car's condition in an efficient and straightforward manner, as well as an offer standing out of others, no hassle around. We quoted online and then came for an appraisal. The value did went down because our wheels did need changing but I was ok with that and all in all excellent service and fast. It was still higher than my Carvana and CarMax quotes.

These folks gave my husband the runaround when it came to purchasing our vehicle. Mike claimed that he was unable to purchase our vehicle due to a titling issue. My husband went out of his way to rectify said “issue.” Turns out.. there was no titling issue - I know so because we took it to Carvana and successfully sold the vehicle. Went were in and out within 10 minutes.

They lure you by offering slightly more than carmax but then they find fictions defect to reduce the offer. In my case, a 5 year old car, they said the clear coat was almost inexistant and that the paint would chip off within a couple of years… I need up selling at carmax, I should have avoided the waste of time
