Honestly, I used to shop at your establishment a lot in previous years. I recently received an email asking for me to come back. Got a coupon which would save me $40 on a $100 purchase off of regular priced items. Nothing in your store is a regular priced items, especially when coupons such as this one exclude brands like Polo, Oak Hill, etc. I bought three shirts which ended up being $40 each but was not allowed to use the coupon. Not sure I’ll be coming back.

Service was great. First off, I got there 5 minutes before closing time and I know how it feels to be the last customer at the last minute, but I have a wedding photo shoot and I need to find something nice since I'm a big fella and I couldn't of asked for better help than Marie's assistance. She was great and patient with my needs, she went the extra mile to look for clothing that would look nice on me. I give her a 20 out of 10 great job Marie, hopefully you get a raise cause the world needs more people like you.

Need cheaper pricing and at least some deals spend lots of money to not get much in return. That's why I go to jcpenny for big and tall.
