Today went in for a watch repair and Susana was courteous in spite of the minor nature of the repair, repairing it on the spot and charging a reasonable fee. I'm so happy to have my watch back in use so quickly and painlessly!

I dropped off two watches for battery replacement. The watches were ready the next day. A small stone had been missing on my Brighton watch for quite a while.
