If you are going to buy a new or used car, then this is the place to do it. They have a no pressure approach, don't mark up their cars with a bunch of junk markup fees, and treat you like family from start to finish. From the moment I inquired about my new car, to the actual purchase of it was seamless and done with respect. This isn't your typical dealership, it is so much more.

Heart breaking experience. After almost 10 years of exclusively going here, will never return.Make sure you clearly document EVERY conversation you have with every member of the service team, or they will use that against you in the future.Sales team is excellent. Purchased a brand new vehicle from them and would've gladly done so again if not for service team experience.

I had an outstanding experience at Mitsubishi El Cajon and wanted to share my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the manager Annie Brockway and the product delivery specialist Mathew Boston. From the moment I walked in, I felt like a valued customer. The negotiation process was transparent, and Annie worked diligently to ensure I received a fair deal. They provided valuable insights and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase every step of the way.Overall, I highly recommend Mitsubishi El Cajon and commend Annie for their outstanding service and dedication to making my car-buying experience enjoyable. I am thrilled with my new car and grateful for the excellent service I received. Thank you, Annie, and the entire team!

Annie helped me with my car purchase. I was buying a car for the first time and she was very kind to give me very helpful and honest insight and patiently guided me as I was new to the process. She has a very cheerful personality and was always happy to help! Bob and Matthew were also very polite and provided excellent customer service from the start. Highly recommend this staff and location to anyone looking to buy a new car.

Extremely disappointed in the customer care I received from the reported manager Annie B. From the first time I corresponded with her she was extremely rude over the phone. When I decided to take my interest elsewhere, she continues to question me about where I bought my vehicle from, if it was new or used, etc. as I politely explained to her why I moved on she hung up on me. Upon my call back; refused to give me the contact number for her supervisor & provided me with the customer care number as if I wasn’t aware. It’s such a shame that they had to lose business due to such poor professionalism. I will be following up to make a formal complaint as well.

So I found a vehicle I liked on cargurus in early May of 2023 and called the dealership to inquire about it. This vehicle was listed at $18000. I first spoke with the sales manager, Annie. She ran my credit and told me I would have a 14% interest rate. My credit wasn't good so I knew it would be high. Right before this dealership, I had applied for a used GMC which was listed at $25,000. This other lot quoted me an interest rate of 18% but my monthly payments would be $461/mo for a 6 year term and $3000 trade in. But El Cajon Mitsubishi was quoting me just about the same monthly with the same term but less interest and a much cheaper vehicle. I didn't know how that was possible and I started to question Annie about this. This is where it gets interesting. Annie initially started out acting super friendly and helpful, giving me a whole speech how she isn't like other sales manager and wants to help me and would even be willing to give me advice on how to clean up my credit. But once I started asking questions, her attitude switched up real quick. She ended up saying she thinks the difference in pricing is because it could depend on the relationship the car lot has with the (which by the way, it was the same lender for me on both lots). So I asked her, "So my interest rate isn't really based on my credit then?" and she kind of just quickly ended the call saying she had another customer to help, then she said "Ta-ta!". Who even says that? So, being the savvy person that I am, I decided to cut out the car lot and proceed to go directly to a bank for my loan approval, which I did. My new lender, Chase, emailed my approval letter to both me and the dealership the same day which was Friday, May 5th. I called El Cajon Mitsubishi and asked if they received it but they kept telling me they didn't and that I needed a certificate. I called Chase and they said they had no idea what the dealership was talking about, there is no certificate and all they need was the email which they got. Anyways, after some back and forth, they finally "found" the email. But I still couldn't get the car because my co-signer needed to fill out his portion of the paperwork. Now, it is Saturday, May 6th. I call and speak with the other sales manager, Terry. I ask him to fedex the paperwork to my brother that day but he says that the "business department" is closed on Saturdays and they are the only department who can handle/ship that paperwork apparently. I told him that doesn't sound right because if that were true, how could you possibly sell cars on a Saturday. It made no sense. A lot of things they told me made no sense and I am the type to ask questions because I know better. The tone in which both him and Annie spoke to me was very condescending and unprofessional and at one point in our arguing Terry said I am asking him a million questions and telling him how to do his job, to which I responded, "I am allowed to ask as many questions as I want". The reason what they were saying didn't make sense is because they were completely lying to me. For what reason, I don't know. I am obviously paraphrasing our conversation because a lot was said. Fast forward to Thursday, May, 11th when the paperwork comes back in to El Cajon Mitsubishi from my co-signer. I knew it had arrived at 2pm because I had the tracking number. I called and spoke to Annie and she told me the paperwork hadn't come in and that I would need to wait until the next day because Terry wasn't in. I told her the paperwork is there and I don't want to wait another day. She just kept repeating that same statement to me a few times and then she said she was with a client and she didn't want me to wait and she didn't want to waste my time. I said that is why I am calling you now so you can schedule a time for me to come in. She asked me how she is supposed to fit me in when she is currently with someone, I told her that is not my job to figure out. Then she wraps up the call say

Service department is never able to take walk ins. I'll take my car elsewhere in the future and will look to but a different make of vehicle since Mitsubishi is unable to provide regular service for their cars.

The Manager, Annie, and salesman, Bob, were very kind and pleasure to work with. They were also patient and treated us with respect. Although the car we were interested in wasn't right for us and so we didnt purchase it, I would gladly visit this dealership again.

Great sales and finance team including Andy, Mathew, and Tayler. Andy, the greatest sales I have seen. So much experience and charisma. That women can sell anything because she knows what the customer needs and will give it to them. Mathew, he knows Mitsubishi cars because he explained everything in detail. Tayler, great finance person because he is fast and efficient. I signed all the papers and was on my way in a reasonable time. Thus, sales and finance are great, will definitely recommend them. To be continued with maintenance in due time.
