This whole process was smooth from start to finish. I had a different car rental place cancel on me minutes before my trip and luckily this place had some cars left to rent. Ramiro was so kind and explained everything thoroughly I didn't feel rushed to leave! This man deserves a raise or employee of the month! When dropping of the car I got to meet the manager for this location and he was equally as kind! Thank you so much I'll be back for future rentals.

I rent cars often from other companies and I reserved a car in advance at Enterprise, but when I arrived, they gave me a car that was smashed up on the passenger side (it looked terrible but drove okay) and the worst part was the horrible stale cigarette and smell inside the car. The store manager apologized and said he would make it right and I would hear from him soon. I never heard from him. The #1 WORST car rental experience ever! They charged me a premium price too! Smelly, smashed up car, horrible customer service, I won't rent a car from them again!

On a recent trip to San Diego, we landed in the worst rainstorm in a long time. Our friends picked us up after a frightening trip to the airport. On leaving we decided to rent a car from the Magnolia office in El Cajon to drive to the airport. On short notice at Enterprise I was greeted by number one associate Micalah and two helper associates Ramero and Juan. All three went above and beyond to provide my wife and me with a reliable vehicle to get us to our destination. I wish all Enterprise associates were as professional as they were that day. I hope they get some recognition because they epitomized what customer service is all about. I’m 76, retired military and I know quality when I see it. Thank you Enterprise and thank you Micaela, Ramero and Juan.

Customer service was excellent, however the Nissan Versa I rented was not very clean especially the windows.

I have used this location 3 times over the past year and this last time was the most disappointing. The previous 2 times I rented the vehicles were dirty and smelled. The first vehicle had a horrible odor to it. The second one had dog hair stuck to the headliner. This last time the vehicle was not clean either and left trash in the vehicle. To make my experience even worse, I left a valuable item in the vehicle when I was swapping out my car and an employee took the item when they picked the rental up from the dealership. I called and spoke to Matt, the manager. He tried blaming the car dealership that we left the rental at. However, I used my find my app and found that the location of my valuables was at Enterprise on N. Magnolia. Of course none of the employees know or have seen them. Funny how they can find valuables but they can seem to throw trash away. Super disappointed in this business and will definitely be choosing a different location in the future.

It was a good experience but the car didn't have gas when I got it and it wasn't clean. So you have to advise them that's wat you want if not already

I really just wanted to extend my appreciate the costumer service I received from the El cajon Location from over the phone and in person. I was feeling overwelmed and I was heard , was helpful and understood my frustrations in short and gave me grace .I waited outside for my ride and everyone worked there pretty much left and believe one stayed til I left not sure just in case saying thanks.

Very warm and welcoming. They took care of me right away. No waiting. Offered me water. Give me a newer Chevy Malibu. Compensated me for having to call roadside assistance. Gave my deposit back within 3 days of returning. Everyone was great especially Faith. My Angels ?

The moment I arrived at Enterprise for a car, I was welcomed by Nikolai Zorion. He was able to locate and put me in an extremely comfortable and fuel efficient vehicle. All of the staff were professional and eager to assist with any of my rental needs.I have used other rental agencies for my traveling needs until this experience at Enterprise on Magnolia in El Cajon. DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!This branch has gone downhill. I dont know if there under new management or what, but the level of customer service here is extremely lacking. Between being overcharged and charging my card without consent, then us calling to get this issue fixed and no call back. They really need to work on there people skills here!! We have been going to this location for years, and it used to be a great place with nice people. I really hope they can get back to that.
