Walked in looking for a turtle neck. Granted, they’re out of season. I happened to walk right up to the manager, Christine. She happily assisted me showing me options she had! Also she graciously helped me sign up for their rewards program which gave me $10.00 off! I walked out with a nice sweater for my job interview for $10.00

Came here in October. Retail staff were dismissive. There was no sense of friendliness. No hello/greeting upon entering even after making eye contact. Instead they were all there standing and gossiping loudly and openly. Very unprofessional. But, I was on a mission to find a bodysuit. I found the bodysuit I was looking for, BUT it had some markings on the front. In fact, all the body suits and 90% of the merchandise I looked at and tried on had a defect. I clearly understood why this "express factory" has items underpriced. There are sooo many piles of clothes. Neatly organized, yet. The store looks empty. Customer service was really lacking.

That's why I love going here, because it is Express Factory Outlet, not a regular Express store, so you always find great deals, the employee was also very nice.For instance, today I came in and found some very good pair of pants, originally marked as $98, but was marked down to $59.99, then you get to take an additional 60% off. The price at checkout was super sweet, unfortunately they couldn't find my email or phone number on the system, and last year I have signed up with them to get that $10 off first time, after back and forth with the girl at check out, I decided to use my ex email and they were able to pull up the account, anyhow I told her that this email belongs to my ex, we both had a good laugh, regardless she still gave me an extra $10 off my purchase, wow what a steal, but this is how you do business, unlike the H&M store in the same shopping mall, jeez I wish they had the same level of customer service as this one. Thank you, you know who you are.

I went here to return a jacket I got as a gift and was able to exchange it for a couple items .. the woman that was helping me was acting like I was taking up her time to stand around and do nothing
