I had my ears pierced here and service was great. It ended up costing me like 28 dollars for jewelry, piercing and cleaning solution after care. Love it!!! I hope they keep the piercing station.

It's so stupid how they removed their self checkout out. now it makes it more slow, like it's so pointless, I can scan my own items. Now i have to be worried about a minimum wage worker looking over my shoulder when I put my debit card pin

This store is a new store to me. I have never visited one before today. It has a lot of cool things for reasonable prices. I'm a pen fanatic so I bought 6 different sets of pens for under $20. You got to stop by and check out this store. You just might find that special thing you have been looking for at a great price. It would be a win win situation.

Love this store great deals and the best part is the piercing section.But the only bad thing is that they should hire more people in the afternoons. Because of the traffic coming in and out of both doors.

i wish i could give them 0 stars, but unfortunately that is NOT an option. never get your ears pierced at five below. the piercing didn’t go through all the way, she had to redo the piercing to make a real hole, and then, on top of that, it happened AGAIN. the customer service was worse than anything i’ve ever experienced before, and i hope this store gets shut down. not only did they screw up the piercing, the workers were mocking us and not taking our requests for refunds with any seriousness. there was no communication about after care for the piercing, and they were ready to let us walk away without any of the products to ensure there was no infection. this piercing almost caused someone to faint, and the workers didn’t seem to care about that at all. the girl that did it said, “that wasn’t me, that wasn’t my fault,” and then told us that it had never happened before. the regional manager clarified that this was a common occurrence, and she began to belittle our experience. the girl that actually pierced the ears was definitely not thoroughly trained, and she seemed very inexperienced. the first store manager that talked to us was definitely the worst. she said we “already got free earrings” which felt very belittling, considering the entire situation was their fault. she said we should be grateful for the free service and not expect free solution for the piercing that will likely be infected because of them. considering the situation they should grateful we’re not suing them for this. she was also incredibly hostile and made many rude remarks.
