Poor customer service. No communication about the state of the job progression. Parts were not there, received automated text indicating car would be ready without the most important part not there. Will not use Fixit Auto again

All in the staff of Fix Auto were very professional and helpful. Seeing our needs and assisted in getting the estimate approved by the insurance company and we're ready to start work the next day. Received our car back two days before the promise date which was very helpful. After their completion our car look new again.

All though my car was repaired and painted a day before they said it will be done (2weeks) for minor damage to corner panel, it’s like they didn’t sand the car before they painted and also paint does not match. Also left masking paper and tape around the gas tank. Been waiting for a call back for a few weeks now and I haven’t heard from anyone.

Wow! What a great experience! While no one enjoys having to take their car in for repairs, Fix Auto - El Cajon made the experience as excellent as possible!
Lalo was super personable, kind and understanding.
He was very easy to work with, explained everything in detail and patiently answered all of my questions.
I could not have asked for better service and the repairs were impeccable as well.
Fix Auto is easily the BEST collision repair facility I've ever used.
