I love this location they have a good variety! I have never had a bad experience here even when doing returns. Today I came in looking for a size change and Sarah who is an absolute gem saved the day. Not only did she help me find what I needed but she was so welcoming and kind from the first interaction. Thank you Sarah !

Went to this store to grab a swimsuit and saw that they had a promotion going on for $7 swimsuits. I got one and asked the cashier if it was $7 and she said yes. I went to check my receipt afterward and was charged $16. I went back to the store to ask what happened and a nice lady explained to us that *some* swimsuits are $7 and some are $16. I explained to her that the cashier told me they were $16. All of this WAS NOT a big deal and I just wanted clarification on what happened. The problem is how the employees handled the situation and pretended like their hands were tied, even though it was possible to exchange the item after all of the commotion they caused about the pricing of the item and then judging me (the customer) for not knowing and questioned, "why did you even buy it then?"At the end of it, I decided to keep the item because of the unnecessary drama over this little incident in miscommunication, which could have easily been resolved with a simple exchange (which, again, they proved was actually possible). I left the store with two pairs of eyes glaring at me, over this little thing.

I am not a plus-sized girl, but Forever 21’s sizes run so small, that I can only comfortably fit in their plus line. I came to this store because it was listed as having a plus section. Not only was that not true, but even size L was pretty scarce. So basically this entire store caters to size 6 and below. They should have that posted somewhere to save everyone time. But at least the store was clean. Not all Forever 21s are.
