Great experience here, highly recommend!! Had a leak in my tire and they were able to squeeze me in. Front office and tech customer service was outstanding! It’s rare to find a store or shop anymore that actually takes care of their customers. Thank you!

ZERO STARS!!! Absolutely the worst customer service! The guy was so rude! Hit a pit hole and damaged my rim and tire. Called Tire Choice in EC and the guy said sure bring it in. I brought the rim and tire down yesterday Monday afternoon. The guy behind the counter didn't even acknowledge me when I stood in front of him for about 5 minutes. He goes and checks out my rim and tire says he has the tire but I'll need a new rim. Then his teammate says "nah you can get that fixed. Today at 3pm I bring the FIXED rim to him, he again waits a few minutes to acknowledge me when I walk in. I told him I was there yesterday and I'm back with the fixed rim. He says "ya I don't have the tire" I said "what""You said you had the tire!" He then replied "I sold it" then acts like he's looking for my tire, like checking the computer for about 8-10 minutes, then looks at me and says " so what are you doing? I walked out! Do Not go to this place!! But the rim guy OFF Bradly was EXCELLENT !!

Had front nail in tire and bad valve rear tire on 2004 F-350 dually. These guys were great, fast and quality spot on. To all my Desert people this is the place for all things tire.

It's definitely overdue that I write this... on all of the times I have needed things done on my tires - from air, repairs, to a new set and recently rotate & balance, I have received the best customer service from Victor and his team! They are quick, efficient and reasonably priced. They definitely get my recommendation for great service!

Called over the weekend to make an appointment. The guy I spoke with, really polity, nice, great. Show up to my appointment time on Monday at 10am on 9/18 and the guy at the front desk not only said he couldn't find my appointment, but he was a complete snob, rude, complete all around jerk. I wish I got his name, but I didn't. But I'm sure the service center can find out who he is by the time and date and who was working that shift if they really care. Will be looking for a different location for future services.

How do you win customers and get 5 stars business:1- Be courteous on the phone2- Do not be rude3- Listen to the customer's problem4- Offer discounts when applicable5- Take care of the technicians6- Fix the problemThis is in a nutshell of what happened with me from the phone to the signing the receipt.I can't say enough of how nice the front desk and the technician were.Am bring all my cars here for sure.Coffee machine doesn't work.

On August 30th, 2023 I had the worst experinece with Tire Choice Manager Victor Najera. I took my car in for a tire repair and requested an aligment since I had previously purchase Alligment for life for my Honda Ridgeline with Good year now called Tire Choice. The manager said you don't get free aligment anymore that was only for one year, I said the tire has insurance then he said not with me, I am going to charge you for it and I will make more money for me, then he proceed and asked if I still wanted the aligment I said no, thank you. He was very rude, I told him I had been a customer from Good Year and Tire choice for the past 30 years and advised him that he was going to lose a very good customer since I have taken all 4 of my vehicles there for repairs all the time. He said I have more customers so he basically did not care. I will not comeback ever again, this guys is rude and don't care for the company only himself and looks how to pull money off of you. Do not recommend this place.

I was making a uturn and hit the curb too hard and popped my tire. My set of tools in the car was missing something and I did not want to attempt my first tire change if I didn’t have everything. This was the closest tire location to the accident so I called during business hours and Tim answered right away. He told me to turn my hazard lights on and drive carefully to the shop so they could take a look at it. He took a look at my car and checked the PSi of my spare. It was at 16 and he brought it to the correct range before he put the spare on for me. He answered my questions about what the different parts are and told me what to look out for in case my hubcap is warped. I really appreciate his honesty and hard work! I highly recommend this shop for your tire needs.Also, during this time an employee approached Tim to say that their coworker was taking a lunch break soon, Tim confirmed it. Soon after another employee checked in with Tim & said he was taking a lunch break which Tim approved. This team here has good communication between the staff so I’m glad I stopped by.

Víctor and Tim were very professional and told me what was wrong with my car. They didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need and checked the codes on the check engine light for free! Good place to come!

I was shopping at 5.11 Tactical and was about to leave, but a pedestrian told me my rear tire was dead flat. Thankfully, this place was just next door. They guy air pumped my tire and checked for what could have caused it to be flat. (Not sure who he was, but he deserves praise!) Thanks guy! ? Wacky tires I got.

It was the only place near me that's open on Sundays. They did fit me in which was cool, however this place is a lot of drama. Homeless guy causing issues, manager throwing his weight around with employees in front of customers and on top of it, they don't stock tires. So I was told to call back the following week and order them. Didn't get a written estimate or any paperwork when I left. Kinda odd. At first I thought Chris was kind of an as*hole but after sitting in there for a couple hours why they checked my car, he wasn't so bad. He seemed a bit stressed out but he offered me a drink and sat down to explain the issues with my car. He told me for 2 tires and alignment it would be around $250. That's too pricey. I pay much less at discount tire. I appreciate they didn't try to tell me I needed a bunch of junk that I didn't need. But i didn't get the problem fixed that I went for. My tire was still rubbing on the plastic bumper Part when I left. Wish they would have fixed that.
