Don't shop here. They don't respect prices shown on merchandise. I visited Friday September 20 6:09 pm. I wanted to purchase 4 clearance items marked $7 each, that were located in the clearance section back of store. Christy was my cashier. She was having problems with promotion CLR B2G2 FREE. She ask Alma for help. She mentioned the keroppi earrings were not on clearance. The earrings had a yellow tag $7 which was on the clearance section with the other items. (Picture Attach) She just said somebody marked the price wrong. I told her I did not put the price on the earrings. Alma said she could not sell Keroppi earrings for $7. In the past they have respected the price, marked on an item even if they did a mistake.. I ask Alma if I could speak to a manager, she responded she was. Which she did not help at all. I'm a platinum reward member I shop at different HT. You can look at my history of purchases I make on a year of more than $300. Thanks Alma for losing a customer with your bad customer service.
HT Store 3 should update receipt information which mentions “ YOUR SATISFACTION MATTERS”... MINE DID NOT MATTER AT ALL.

The nice young lady at the register was very helpful with a pick up order I placed online. I didn't catch her name, but it seems as if she really enjoys working there. Kudos to her, whoever she was!
