Well I have been going here for a year and only paid $40 something .... And I would always buy my oil and filter (which they still charged for) ... The current rate is $53 with my own Synthetic oil and filter. They check all kinds of stuff and your tires.

Professional hard working crew. They treat you like family.. They all were so nice I gave $100 bill and told the I think was the manager to buy the guys who worked on my car lunch. I appreciated the discount with coupons They used for me.. Honest and hard working. They have won my business

Everyone was polite and professional. I recently moved to the area and needed an oil change. The guys informed me of a small oil leak and suggested an air filter. I postponed for now as I might upgrade some of those parts.
I'll be back after this experience.

Auggie, was very helpful. He assessed my problem with my car. I got my oil changed. Changed the air filter. Recommended a few things. In about 20-30 minutes. I was on my way. He was very professional. I definitely will be back and will refer anyone who needs an oil change, etc.

Been going there for years, took my new truck in for the last 4 oil changes been the same price up to this month. New staff across the board, jacked price 31.00. Called him out on it started in how he gave full Synthetic oil Vs. the blend I have used. Got upset I even questioned him on it. Asked him to pull up my last transaction's, said we can't do that. The one girl there said she take care of it as he walked off. Still came 107.00 ... be last time to that location, will try Pep Boys for future oil changes. I go in every 5000 miles like clock work, their loss someone else's gain!
Under new management....way better! Young Manger knows how to work with customers. He was great and all new staff also great ?

I have been getting my oil changes from JL for 2 years now, the service is always good and the team at the Magnolia Shop in El Cajon CA are great.
I would like to be asked if I want a lights inspection vs. they are going to perform one. I understand that most people don't have a clue about their vehicles and you are looking for additional sales, I get that.
I think asking the customer (would you like us to look at---) is the better choice.
