Really good customer service the guy answered all my questions truthfully and he was very respectful about everything had a lot of knowledge about all phones and I bought a phone and I love it already no issues with the phone I love Metro pcsAnd recommend everyone to go here

I had to take my sister, who is disabled, here several times to replace her phone when she got it wet and then less then a week later dropped and broke the new phone. Dillion was a complete angel to us each time. He made zero commissions from helping us but he was so kind, patient and helpful each time we went into the store. I am so grateful that people like this still exist in the customer service world. That your for your professionalism!

I would like to be able to leave a positive customer review but after wasting my time with an unreliable iPhone Dillon sold me, I will avoid this place at all costs. The manager is nice when selling you a phone and activating and transferring data. But if you have a problem with the phone like I did. the issue isn't so cute! I really regret coming here. The manager Dillon asked me to hand off my phone to some random customer to see if "he" can determine whether it's hot - this is during a pandemic. Furthermore, Dillon promised me a replacement phone after I had issues, then reneged on his word. He accused me of falsely stating that he gave me the upsale. Mind you, he did try to help but he cannot keep his word. All of this is a waste of time and I felt disrespected. Dillon didn't disclose there are no returns - all sales are final. I must have misunderstood about a 30 day return policy. I dropped the phone in store while Customer Support was on the line telling me to troubleshoot. The phone slipped out of my hands. Dillon said he would make a note for the agent to ensure it wouldn't void my warranty when I asked. He then said he wouldn't report it. Dillon can't seem to make up his mind. I have literally wasted 3 days plus driving. Dillon is a nice young man but he needs some coaching. He says he's a technical expert. Buyer beware. A man walked in & got a replacement phone, no problem. Dillon said for me, there would be a crack-box, meaning he could crack open a new box, then said he couldn't without authorization. He told me to try the phone again and bring it back. I won't be returning if at all possible. Horrible customer experience. I called Customer Support which seemed to surprise the manager, Dillon. He's personable and comes off as being kind, looking out for your interest. He says he makes only a few bucks commission for selling me a phone snd that ultimately it is my fault for buying it, that I could've just told him, when I brought my own phone initially, "No, Dillon, I'm good with the phone I brought." He did note a possible issue with the phone I brought in. My problem is with him not informing me of the no-return policy, not honoring his word for a replacement phone, wasting my time and money, and not being able to really trust what he is trying to say. I respect and like him despite this experience. But like he mentioned, business is business. One of the reasons that I was given for the fact that Dillon said he couldn't keep his word is because he said that if he were to send the phone back to MetroPCS, then his store would get charged for the return. To me, that is just the cost of doing business. Why should it become my problem? Also, why do I have to wait six months to have a phone that I don't even want? And then bring it back in six months to get a new phone. I guess some people do that. On this last visit, Dillon also told me, "I am not a nobody like you think." Who says things like this? And why have your homey customer try to back you up. He walks in, you say, "Here you go, Boss" and hand him a brand new phone. Then attempt to get buy-in from said customer instead of just honoring your word to replace my phone when you can clearly see how upsetting this is. Note; I spent at least 45 minutes this morning on hold with Customer Service who, when they couldn't hear me, hung up so I was instantly transferred to their survey. I pressed option 1 to speak to a rep. Then realizing they may not be able to hear me, I called from a landline. They claim they opened a case. To close the loop on that case was impossible. They told me on the phone that maybe the fact other callers can't randomly hear me on speaker -- so I have to hold the phone directly up to mr ear -- oh, it must be the cell tower! Oh, we can't duplicate the problem so we're gonna go back on our word! Don't go here if you're a woman. You are better off going to another store -- Verizon is stating to look b

I always come to this store at Washington and Mollison in el Cajon. Dillon is always willing to help and advice you! I'm not going to any other carrier or store! Very satisfied with Metro! Recommended!

Unfortunately it does not allow me to not give any stars! This store is the worst experience Metro PCS has offered us. Stay Away! My family and I went to get a phone unblocked. The employee helping us was new and had to be asking all her questions over the phone to another employee. Why would they leave her by herself? Very unprofessional. The other employee finally arrived and instead of coming over to help her went to the back. The new employee would then go to the back to ask her our questions and would come back out with the answers. When we asked to speak with the other employee her response was she was too busy and would be out in a while! When she finally comes out she helped us in NO way. Telling us she could not help us to call customer service for help. What’s the point of stores! Their names SULEYMA and LORENA. We then went to a Metro in La Mesa on University they helped us on the spot no hassles and had REAL customer service with a desire of helping. All of our questions answered and a solution to our problem in store!

I had a horrible experience at Metro Pcs in Linda Vista , i was told i had to go all the way to El Cajon Metro PCS on Mollison avenue , where the employee by the name of Dylan. Helped me resolve my problem less then 10 minutes , thats the type of people who need to be in the front desk !!! I appreciate his help !!!

I went in to pay my bill and there were 4 people ahead of me. I wasn't going to wait. But Dillion asked me what I was there to do (as he did everyone else who came thru the door). He was very efficient and professional.
