Used as shared banking transaction a few times. Tellers were great with corect paperwork --smooth transaction.

Poor customer service from Liham, Pam, and Bushra. All I needed were some copies for taxes purposes and they wanted to charge a ridiculous amount per page for statements. I don’t mind paying for copies, but $3 a statement page is ridiculous. This office has an issue with customer service, from the top all the way down. I called the phone center asking for help and they said the branch would take care of me to go ahead and go back in. Mind you this is after they talked to the branch. Then when I went back in the assistant manager Pam said she can’t be forced to adjust fees by the phone center, and she refused to help as the phone center had already said they would. Unbelievable! I had to call the phone center a second time, at this point it’s the principal in having customers jump through hoops. This branch is completely unwilling to provide a good customer experience. I would have been more than happy to pay a reasonable amount for copies.If Mission Federal wants to keep long lasting customers, they should probably retrain this branch staff in customer service. The phone center has always been excellent and so has the La Mesa Branch. This is the only office that’s seems to always be problematic.My Mom had a bad customer service experience here recently when someone had stolen her wallet and she had to go in to the branch. There seems to be a problem when anything is needed out of the norm and the manager(s) are unwilling to help. We ended up calling the phone center and they helped with what they could over the phone, then set us an appointment at a different branch, La Mesa to finish off closing my Mom’s account and opening a new one. Again, we had to jump through hoops to get help and ultimately we had to go to another branch. It’s unfortunate because this is the closest branch for us.

I went to Mission Federal Bank, and was helped by Joni Beitman, I just must express my greatest respect and appreciation to the way she was very professional and kind at the same time. She explained all the things I asked her about and took the time to view the documents. She was patient with my question and helped me understand the process I was signing up for. Very grateful for all the help.

Where do I start... Well, I went in this branch today because it was near the Thai restaurant we plans on having lunch. I regretted the decision as soon as I walked in, there was only one person in line ahead of me that was called by a teller before I even finished endorsing my checks. They must have been training because I waited almost 15 minutes before being called up after they got the two lady's taken care of ahead of me... When I was called up let the teller know how I wanted my money split in my accounts, I even did the math for her, I still had to repeat myself three times! The teller seemed flustered, though was professional, she had to input my transaction three times. It took close to 10 more minutest to finish my transaction... I then stood there reviewing my receipt and yes she still got it wrong, the money's where in the wrong accounts but at that point I just wanted out of there. So a simple two check deposit took nearly 25 minutes, yes the two lady's ahead of me and training issues played a part in this but it was not the first time this has happened at this branch. They need to get it together!

I’ve been with mission federal credit Union for a very long time. This is the best bank whether in service, loans, money market, savings, and customer service is spectacular. I will never bank anywhere else. I know all staff and all staff know me by name when I walk into my bank. That kind of service is priceless.

Best customer service I’ve had at a Mission Federal branch. After several several bad encounters at another branch this branch is well worth the 20 min drive . Thank You

Usually a fine location, and always a good bank. But the clerk Debbie really needs to learn discretion. She would repeat back everything I said in a very loud voice, so me trying to not shout about my finances to the whole bank was pointless. I don't think we'll be back to this branch as I don't want to have to worry about dealing with a clerk who has no consideration for people's privacy.

Ridiculous both at the branch level and higher. Requested a card a month ago because my card was getting hard to read. They shut off my existing card before my new one was activated. Which resulted in my accounts being delinquent. New card was lost. I reached out to the online chat service twice. Was told to go in and have a card printed. They checked for me to make sure whatever branch I was going to had a working card machine. Arrive at the El Cajon branch, wait 20 minutes in line and get told the card machine doesn't work. Im opening an account with a different bank and closing my mission federal. Absolute jokes.

Entered and was greeted by front desk. I stated my needs and was given quite an attitude. I stopped them mid way and informed them they were giving me attitude and talking down to be instead of informing me of what I need to complete my desired transaction. The attitude switch as night and day... They were taken aback but then was kind and helpful. Really off-putting to be honest. That person should attitude to lead with the corrected attitude first. Bet it would improve service. I'm new to your bank. You really embarrassed yourselves at this location.

I always insist I get to make an appointment with Joni at this branch. She is the essence of what it means to provide concierge service. I, as well as everyone else I refer to her for account opening, get white glove treatment each and every time! Don't settle for less at this el Cajon branch!
