I highly recommend going to Barbara Moore for tax services. I greatly appreciate her attention to detail, and she is extremely knowledgable about the latest tax laws. Each year she sends a detailed preparation list in advance, which I find very helpful. I especially value her tax advice year after year!

I had the same experience as the other two reviewers. The owner was rude when I questioned being charged more than I was quoted. She reduced the price by a little bit and told me not to come back then did the sign of the cross in front of my face and told me to consider the discount a blessing. I was so shocked I didn't know what to do or say. I also left very upset.

Extremely disappointed. Worst tax experience ever and I've had my taxes done for a very long time. This is not a professional tax service. It was a total bait and switch scam! I wish we had read the other reviews online first. We were charged hundreds more than we were told it would cost and when we tried to discuss the discrepancy, the owner Barbara was rude, unreasonable, and not professional at all. She doesn't listen to her staff or clients. I feel so bad for how she treats her staff and clients. I am not sure how she stays in business. We left angry and confused. I am not sure how it was even legal to do what she did?
