Drove all the way to the shop to return what i ordered in shopy. The lady told me that its not their product and does not do return even it clearly says that the return address is their shop. Like everyone else, it seems like i lost 280$. Trying to find how to properly report this kind of service and get my refund back.

returned my order, and the package has been delivered back to the seller. However, I have not received my refund, and there has been no response to my email

I don't know why some reviews say they have terrible customer service, but I bought what I needed and the saleswoman was very nice!
