My phone took on water damage over the weekend, and I thought it was a total loss. I brought my phone to Mario to ask about data recovery, but he was pretty confident it just needed a new screen. A couple hours later, he handed me my fully functional phone and patiently answered all of my questions. I'm back up and running for hundreds less than I thought it would cost me. Very, very pleased with his service!

Great guy, has fixed 2 cell phones for me. One screen damage, one water damage. Both times had a quick turn around and got them back good as new. Prices are very affordable compared to replacement. I am about to take an old 3rd cell phone in so I can recover the pictures from it. Highly recommend.

What a pleasant experience I had when I took my phone to Phone Zone! Mario was so confident and positive about fixing my shattered iPhone back cover. He had the part and explained all the pros and cons after replacing it. It took few hours and my phone was back to normal! He even replaced the screen protector. Many thanks to Steven and Mario, such a wonderful and professional team. We’re so lucky to have a fast and quick phone repair service in the area! Will definitely be back for any future phone glitches and repair.

So fast (30 min!!) and easy to get my very cracked iPhone screen replaced. reasonably priced and Mario even fixed my loose home button and put on a new screen protector for me. I’ll be back for sure!!

My favorite spot in rancho. They fixed my iPhone 14 pro max screen in under 20 minutes and threw in a free screen protector. We’ve been coming to them for years because they know how to treat customers.

Got water damage on my IPhone and kept restarting every 5 min. I took it down to Phonezone and Mario knew what the problem was right away. He explained to me that the charging port has a sensor and that a lot of times when water gets into the phone it damages it causing the phone to reset every 3-5 minutes. He replaced the charging port in under an hour and we waited together until the 5 min timer was up. My phone hasn’t restarted since. Mario knows his stuff and I’m so glad I went to the right place.

Hello my husband truck was broken into on Saturday March 8 2024. His work iPhone and iPad among other things were stolen. He tracked it and March 13 it showed up at at Phone Zone Wireless. And my husband went there and the guy told him they didn't have it. My husband stayed there for about an hour waiting for the police and he went to go eat near by. 30 minutes later the phone moved about 1 block away and it was destroyed (they stripped it)

Mario was amazing. Don’t let the little kiosk fool you. I needed a new charging port in my iPadHe charged a reasonable price he said he had 2 repairs in front of me told me 2 hours He completed my repair in an hour and a half. It works perfectly. Thank you Mario

My Iphone 7 would not take a charge. I am 78 and do OK with my phone of only four or five years. I am terrible at texting and hate it. Anyway I took my phone to Mario at Phone Zone in Rancho San Diego. Mario knew how to talk to me without treating me like an idiot. He cleaned the charging port. That was not the problem. He replaced the port and that worked for a day. Then my phone shut down and would not reboot. Mario to the rescue again. He found the issue and the phone was fixed. I decided to replace the battery. Now I have a basically new phone. I love it. I trust Mario. His knowledge is extensive. He is in that small building across from Sushi Taboo (Taboo Sushi).

I came to Phone Zone because I damaged my phone port. They immediately helped me, cleaned my port in 10 minutes and everything was fixed!! They are very friendly, helpful and most of all the prices are reasonable.
