I love coming to this Postal Annex location — Michelle and Jesse always take such great care of me! They’re friendly, patient, and super helpful every time I stop by. Whether I’m shipping a package, printing something, or need help with paperwork, they always make the process quick and easy.

Jessie and Michelle are always very helpful, prompt, and kind when I come in. I also love all the little charms they sell and have bought a handful that live on my desk and add a nice positive energy to my environment. Super cute place to get all your postal needs taken care of and other services such as printing. Very convenient for the RSD neighborhood!

Jesse and Michelle are truly remarkable! Jesse’s customer service skills are always excellent; he is fast, efficient, and professional. However, what really sets this location apart is the teamwork and care that both he and Michelle provide. Michelle is warm, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. She makes every visit easy and always goes the extra mile to ensure I am well taken care of. Together, they create a positive and dependable experience. I come here often with drop offs for returns and to buy stamps. The service is always friendly, quick and efficient. Today, Jesse went out of his way to help me carry in large and heavy packages and expedite the returns. Honestly I have tried other places but this Postal Annex is the best!
