First time renting a storage was a little nervous because I thought it was going to be a whole long painful process but manager Miguel made it so easy and painless I had tons of questions which he would quickly answer without hesitation showing lots of experience and superv customer service will definitely recommend to all my family and friends.

It was a awesome experience. Ive rented storage units at that same location several times throughout the years. Now its so automated that I didn't even need to talk to anyone. Everything was emailed to me. It was a very painless experience.

Crystal at public storage on johnson in El cajon is Heaven Sent let me tell you! So sweet! She put in the notes to make sure that even tho my storage is up for auction...that they kept my mom's ashes and personal items aside for me to pick up in case I didn't pay it off in time. Love her for this. God bless her 💜

This place is not good. Zero staff. Zero response. Nobody works here. If there is an issue, you have wait for anyone to decide to show up for work. Office hours via their website are 6am to 6pm weekdays. 7:30am... nobody home.

Today I rented a storage unit at Public Storage on North Cuyamaca in EL Cajon. Crystal was at the front desk and helped me today. She was more than helpful, she showed me the different units I was interested in and I chose my unit. Crystal was informative and very nice to deal with. I feel good about choosing Public Storage and going to that location. It’s clean and has good prices. Thank you for making this process easy for me.
