By far, the worst experience EVER!
To be honest, I don't even know where to start.
Have you ever had such a bad experience that made you believe that the person behind the counter is a bad person? That was my experience at the El Cajon location.
After spending about 100 dollars for the wrong size of shoe's I was told by Chris that there's nothing that he can do to help.
He told me that because I was changing the size, he needed to make notes on the system in order for me to get the size that I was requesting. I realized two weeks later that he gave me the wrong size again.
I had to tell Chris that it is bad business to make customers go back and forward and waste their time and money. The worst part is that he thinks that he was just trying to help me.
I told Chris that he is a bad person and he has a problem with his heart. I firmly believe that. Hopefully, he can see this review and improve on his customer service. I am hoping to get a phone call from RedWings since I am going to file a formal complaint about my visit.
I am home and still don't have the right size of boots that I paid for. I am not asking for money or refunds.
The whole bad experience happened in four visits.

Visiting from the UK. I would like to say a big thank you to Christopher who helped me find the right fit and select the boots I was looking for. He was very professional from start to finish. Nice little store with a friendly atmosphere.

I got the tough toe put on my boot here and Iam very happy with the boots. The customer service was great and the craftsmanship on the tough toe cannot be beat.

I went in to get some boots for my new job and was a bit nervous since I've never found a pair to fit right. Pablo immediately explained that the scan machine was down and apologized for the inconvenience but said he could get me taken care of the old-fashioned way. He asked me a few questions about my current shoes and what size I think my foot was. I knew what boot I was looking for per recommendation from family and friends, so he said he would check to see what was in stock and be right back. He came out with one pair and to my surprise the fit was amazing! My foot is not cramed, and the boot is not oversized. Pablo really knows his stuff. If you have any doubt about what boots or if they will fit right, make sure you see Pablo at Red Wing. He will have you in the right boot in no time. Thanks for everything Pablo, you have a customer for life now.

Chris was amazingly helpful and was presented with a very unreasonable customer just before I walked in, Chris handled the unreasonable man's attitude, and was able to help me with my needs. Once I was good to go he reengaged the customer and was able to find a solution that suited both parties. Excellent job

Pablo in El Cajon Broadway made my boot shopping easy and fun. Answered all my questions measuring my feet to see exactly what size I need which ended up fitting perfectly and comfortable. Told him what I do for a living and in one shot, he got me the perfect work boots. Thanks again! Highly recommend this spot.

The man that was working there was extremely knowledgeable. He multi tasked at the highest level for being the only employee. He explained the options well and didn't mind taking out many different sizes and types for us to try on. Also, they have a large array of boots for different reasons. Heeled, no heel, high top, short, and all different colors. They also have a very cool machine that identifies what type of arch support you'd need, which was super helpful for us The boots are pricey, can't deny it. We spent nearly 400 on just one pair plus an insole. But! My super sensitive footed boyfriend has said his feet never hurt at work. Plus the boots come with warrantee for life. It's an investment !

These boots are so uncomfortable I can't believe they sell these for 350.00 so your feet can feel beat up at the end of the day. Will definitely never buy these boots ever again and I'm writing this review so you guys don't make the same mistake because there are other boots that are way more cheaper and way more comfortable out there
