Not to busy. Had a great time. I don’t like purchasing tickets at the concession stand.

Nothing like 10 minutes of TV commercials beginning at the "start time." Then you get a Regal commercial. Then 7 trailers. Then 2 more Regal commercials, one for their concessions and one for their app. After 30 minutes, we got a promo for IMAX. And they wonder why theaters are dying. At least it looked like the pricey IMAX theater got a sprucing.

Dirty Bathrooms, Dirty floors, Elevator and Escalators out of service, Fernando doesn't know how to work a register but he does know how to be impatient that's for sure. Awful theater. Spend your money elsewhere.

Popcorn was good. For what they're charging for snacks and tickets, you would expect more. The seats are old and need to be replaced. Not to mention that they aren't really comfortable. They really need to get the reclining seats.

Typical multiplex I exited through the large bay doors on the too floor lobby and ended up in a secluded fenced area on level 4 the parking garage. Once outside, there was no way to return, no way to escape beyond the fence and no way to use the broken elevator. I use a cane. But if I used a wheelchair. I would have been very trapped. This is an OSHA violation ready to happen.

The theater is inside the shopping mall. No signs outside. To get to some of the theaters you either climb a large set of steps or take an elevator. You can order tickets online and pick your seats ahead of time. Tuesdays they have a sale on the snacks. Do get a regal club card although it doesn’t give you too much. You need a lot of points.

This theather has a varaity if options but their escalator has been broken for over a year and while I don't mind a workout there are 3 flights of stairs to climb. They have a small elevator prefer. There top concession stand is also never in use due to what I would assume lack of business and the pandemic. Concessions are mid tier.

Purchased tickets from the kiosk since they don't have windows open. We got our seats easily and watched the movie. The seats are more traditional theater seats rather than the more modern recliner ones. The bathroom was clean, but the paper towels didn't work. My son is scared of hand dryers, so we can not use them. It was a fine experience. It's nothing special as far as movie theater experience, though.

I've been coming here since I was a kid (90s), and the only issue with the interior is that the escalators never work, but idc I just go for the movies and sneak my own snacks in... because I mean, who's paying 20 for pop corn and 9 for a drink half filled with ice. The new systems to purchase tickets up front make it easy to get in quick if the lines aren't full of ppl who can't navigate technology.

Despite being packed for National Cinema Day, it was a smooth enough experience. Self check in and concession stands were fast and eventful. Inside the theater people were respectful even though there were families with young children.

GREAT workout! IMAX theater is upstairs and the escalators weren’t working so I climbed 4 sets of stairs plus a couple to reach my seat. When I reached my seat I tried to be discrete with my breathing but I think my seat neighbors could tell that I was fighting for my life. I’m glad I watched a long movie because I spent the first half physically recovering. 10/10 wouldn’t do it again though.

Haven't been to parkway plaza in years and decided to go see a movie there last night since it's the closest to my house. There was nobody t the ticket window and this gentleman named Randy immediately helped us out explaining how to download the app and what to do,without his guidance we woulda been lost for a while. Randy was absolutely a pleasure,he was so nice and helpful, great customer service!

A couple weeks ago my husband and I went to see OPPENHEIMER at the Regal Parkway Plaza. Must admit from the time we walked in til the time we left after it was over, all was good. A young gentleman helped us use the kiosk to get tickets and pay and explained about getting upstairs to see the film. Although the up escalator was not working we just walked up, found the theater we needed and before entering my husband went back down to get popcorn. The only SLIGHT issue was that they had a little technical problem and the movie started about 10 minutes late. The seats were comfortable, the a/c was perfect which was great because it was horribly hot outside and the popcorn was tasty. I found the movie to be very interesting but, as my husband said, they could have taken about 30 minutes off the beginning without losing anything in the overall story. Give it a try and let me know what you think! This was the first time we'd been to the movies in a couple years!!!
