Avoid this Shell gas station because it is trashed. Parking lot full of abandoned vehicles no where to park other than the pumps or street parking! The service center attached to it is dysfunctional. 3 employees working on one car and there was 4 customers standing around waiting for someone to approach. Inside the convenience store is disgusting and bad, rude service. Shell corporation seems to not care for this franchise site as they claim to forward all complaints to the operator yet nothing has changed for years. All the Shell gas stations in San Diego seem to be a hit or a big miss.

Absolutely the worst Shell location I've ever been to. Do not go here, even if you need gas badly. There are many other gas stations near by that are tremendously cheaper and better. They shouldn't be allowed to price gouge the way they do. Their gas is always $1 to $1.20 more than what the usual is for this city. They think just because they're right near the freeway, they can do this.. Take the 8 east, take the first exit Mollison, there are 3 gas stations right off the freeway that are normal decent good prices. Avoid this place completely!

This is the worst, selfish gas station. They don't honor cashing scratch off lottery tickets. Even when it is stated on ticket, a consumer can get cash. They force you to get a ticket, no cash. take your business elsewhere. This shell gas station needs to close for bad customer service. I am reporting this business to California lottery facility

Horrible service.. lady in there had such a upset and unhappy face to wrk there.. aside she was super rude.... I also tried to use their restroom lady says it's out of service and 5 min lady she handed key for one of her cowrkers... if you don't want public to use restroom. Just post a sign... also if you like the place you are working find a place you enjoy working.... what a shame of service

When I arrived the store was closed, I had to wait about 5 minutes for the store clerk so I could pay $350 for my diesel trucks 50 gallon tank. When it started filling though however, It was so slow that I was bary getting gas on pump 7. I got a refund and left to another gas station.Also the bathroom was closed and broken

charged $1 more on crystal geyser water bottle of 1 gallon where the actual price in target or walmart is 1$ 20 cents
