My daughter called at 10:55am (5 mins prior to them opening), asking if they had a specific phone in stock. The guy that answered said he would check at 11:00 when they open and abruptly hung up on her. Rude!!! Lazy ass workers. If you're not open and can't answer an easy question, then don't answer the phone!

This is the worst retailer I went to it, most of the staff hidden in backyard room, and you can hear them loughing, and they didn't serve the customers even with hello, I was there for 15 minutes and no one asked me " how can I help you."

Thank you Rami & Steven for helping me port a number to T-Mobile today. I came in soon after they opened and they were able to help me transfer a line for AT&T to T mobile. I hope the cell service is as good as the store’s service; if it is I’ll be back to port 7 more lines over. Thanks again!

Crowded. Not seating visible. Couldn't look at anything everything locked up and no one to help.I also just found out that Tmobile is monitoring texts. They have changed their use policy effective 1/1/2024 and will be fining customers $500 for what they deem hate speech, racist etc. The are also monitoring incoming texts from other carriers and they will not put the texts they deem offensive through to you.I am terminating my account with them.

Worst customer service and experience I've ever had in a Tmobile store. Rude staff, speaking amongst themselves in their own language, laughing, and asking questions rudely. They linked my phone to my old email address, which I should of just done it myself. I spelled out my original email for them and they still did it wrong. I left feeling not taken care of and made fun of. You can definitely tell they don't care about the customers I won't be coming back to this store ever. This is why I prefer handling everything over the phone. The tmobilr customer service on 611 have more tact then these rude people

I added my mother, who was just put on hospice, to my account. Not really entirely focused on the situation, these guys upgraded my account when I had no interest in that being done. The advantages in the upgrade were foreign travel and more Hotspot data. Since my mom could not leave her bed, Hotspots and travel werent really of any interests. I went back to speak with them about it. First they were dismissive. Then they acted like they would deal with it and credit me back. They did nothing. The person I spoke to this time was named Jawhor. The customer service line online did credit some stuff that was added to my bill for a second month, and that person. Was awesome. However, these guys, this store? Find another place.

I been a T-Mobile costumer fir a very long time and the service and the knowledge of the staff is horrible worse I have ever delt with . The management and it's employee where speaking a different language and not talking nicely. They where trying to convince an older couple in front of me to buy a new phone when she only asked for a sim card after trying to convince them he finally gave in . Then I asked to buy a phone and thy refused to help me at all because I was not on the account the refused to call and verify with the account holder then stars he could not even give me a sim card . I has to pay for one . Upon returning the staff finally after about 30 min started the process of getting the phone I wanted and after telling him I did not want a. Case or anything told me he would give me is employee discount only for the accessories . And as I told him I would set the phone up my self so he would not have to he still charged me activation fees when he did nothing of it. And when I asked him if I would be getting a new sim card part of the activation fees he stated no that I had already got one that I had to pay fir . And he refused to give me one still charging me . This was the worse experience I have ever had with a T-Moble store and I will recommend not going there

One star for having my daughters inquiry resolved. However, the customer service could be better. The person who attended to us was named RAMI is rude. He cannot be in this kind of job. He needs customer service training and to be more polite even if he is in front of a female or a kid. I feel that we were discriminated! Also, staffs are either on their phones texting or attending personal calls.

My mother and I had an excellent experience at this T-Mobile location. We switched over from AT&T and couldn't be happier. Yari, Jawhar, and Yusuf were all amazing staff members who answered all our questions thoroughly and honestly. They truly deserve recognition for their hard work. Thank you for your help and making our transition to a new provider seamless!

Vary nice people and we've been with T-Mobile for quite some time the people are nice and kind of join them we didn't have to give up our old phones from a previous phone company the have plans that can help everyone
