I was super tired and traveling through and needed a cut and shampoo. I casually stopped in and wasn’t expecting much. Rhonda greeted me and gave me exceptional customer service. I told her she had “magic hands” because my cut was almost perfect and she massaged my head and I almost fell asleep during the shampoo. I walked out of there very pleased. I would recommend Rhonda 100%! 5 stars.

Took my daughter here to get a wolf cut. She is mixed with curly hair and to be honest, I was scared to let just anyone cut it. Lexie was super nice and knew exactly what my daughter wanted. The end result was amazing! My daughter is super happy and Lexie's friendliness made the experience that much better! She talked with my daughter the whole time which was nice. Thank you Lexie!!

I have been a client for over 7 years and I always get my highlights and haircut done with Noelia and I also take my mom in November 2023. I made an appointment and they called me to cancel they told me I had an emergency ok I understood we all have situations like that, I made an appointment again in March 2024, the same thing happened again, they canceled me again, this week I made an appointment again and when I was already on my way to supertcut they called me to tell me that they had canceled me, I had the appointment at 12, they didn't even take the time to call me early to cancel me, they are not people who care about the client, I am paying for a service, it seems like I was begging to be served, it is no longer the same quality as before and even the place is no longer clean as before, I no longer recommend the place doesn't even reach 4 stars

Went in with a friend who swears by this place. Asked for feathers bangs and as little as possible off the ends (split ends) and the layers I have in back. The Stylist name was Rhonda.Came out of there with a chopped up looking head of hair and half the length I went in there with. Soooooo disappointed that I would never recommend this place even to my worst enemy. Once they cut it off your screwed until it grows back. What makes the experience so bad is the fact that I showed her a picture of me with the cut I wanted and she said she could do it. $39.00 to wash and destroy my hair. Do not recommend anybody going there. grrrrrr!
Requested style: Feathered bangs and trim ends of layers on back.

I've been here many times and am generally satisfied with Supercuts prices + service, but today I had a fantastic haircut with Giovanni! He was very gentle, communicative, and meticulous while cutting my hair, it really set me at ease. Definitely request him if you're anxious, sensitive to touch, or want a really relaxing experience (legit almost fell asleep in my chair lol). Thanks Giovanni!

I was so desperate to get a haircut because I made the mistake to cut my own hair at home with a tutorial video but unfortunately I messed up the front /: I saw the reviews prior to going and almost all of them were bad! BUT they were so far behind in the past that I decided to give them a chance because I thought maybe they replaced the employees who people were talking about in their reviews.. I was still hesitant on my way but I just kept telling myself to trust them because I literally just needed a quick fix up. No layers or nothing. I just wanted to fix and even the front. She messed up so bad that i had to decide to go shorter on my hair. I can't even straighten my hair because it looks so horrible and uneven. The only hairstyle I can do is an updo ponytail cause that's the only way you won't see how uneven it is. I swear I think it looked better before I went in to "fix it". I would never recommend this place, let alone any other Supercuts

This location is great. They always fit me in, have great customer service, and are good at what they do. Kim is my hair stylist. She's amazing. I always leave feeling great about my haircut.

I made a last minute decision to get my hair cut & decided to try this place...I was greeted as I walked in the door even though the hairstylists were busy with other clients. I asked if they were taking walk-ins or were they booked for the day( it was Sunday ). They sked if I didn't mind waiting & I was in the chair within 20 minutes. My hairstylist was very professional & knew exactly how to cut my hair. I was very happy with the results & the service I received.
