I recently bought a used KIA Sportage from Team KIA of El Cajon and I have to say the overall experience was great. I went in with a vehicle in mind and a monthly payment I was looking for and the Team made it happen. In addition the vehicle was clean, is running great after a week and I could feel more grateful.I will be going back to buy another vehicle when that time comes. The team was so professional, not pushy, and was willing to work with me.Thank you Team KIA of El Cajon.

If I could I would give them zero stars. Let me just start off with do not deal with Daniel Zay, he made my experience the worst! He did some bull half estimated numbers on a blank sheet of paper, told me that there is another couple that came from AZ that’s waiting to see the car I was interested in as well and that my monthly payments would be “dramatically higher” than the estimated payments he wrote down. Then their customer service team kept calling me to come in and make a date to check out cars and when I told them i was already in, there was no record of me even being there, and still wanted me to come check out the car that was already sold. This place is a mess! The owner of this place needs to do better!

Bought a used 2020 BMW X3 from our amazing dealer agent JR. This Kia dealership was a disappointment this ,Went in to ask about auto trade . The salesman that helped me didn't seem at all educated on how to be a good salesman . Made it seem like I was wasting his time. Learn how to be a good salesman and not to be so rude. They need to hire better friendly salesman and that have patience. Thumbs down for this dealership it's changed. Busy or not you need to take care of your customers .

Everybody I interacted with was kind and helpful. Connor followed up with a phone call at the end of the day to ensure it was driving well. Jessica called during the visit to let me know the progress and ask if I needed anything, thank you! Little details like that make me, and other customers (community members) feel more valued. This might be a good store to model or benchmark with in terms of the customer service.Don't sleep on Kia, they're making moves, innovating, being smart about it. Look at the tech and lines of the updated models.And uh, you know, if you got one of those concept Genesis EV Convertibles lying around hit me up! I'll test it out in style and get hella eyes on it. *Read as blast music with top down as often as I can!* Or the XV, wow, beautiful lines, Kia showing other businesses how to evolve a brand. Big fan of the changes!!You got my info on file ?

As first time buyers, we had a great experience! Steven helped us, asked us first our needs and wants, and let us know what they were able to do for us and the options they had to offer us. Not knowing what to expect, Steven answered all of our questions and gave us great information, he was very friendly and polite! As a growing family we are extremely satisfied with our purchase! I was told by the warranty company and then by the service department that a part was covered by warranty. After I had the repairs done(something that took all day). I was then told when it was time to pay, that it was not covered and that I would have to pay or have them reinstall the faulty part. Terrible service and business practice. Because they didn't do their due diligence the first time I came in to have my car checked (which took 5 hours as well), I ended up wasting a full day without my car and paying for something I didnt want to pay for in the first place, or would have taken to someone who was affordable and could have fixed it in a fraction of the time. Will never come here again

I purchased a used car here on 09/07 with car salesman Raiv. Raiv was a great help in finding me a car; very friendly and helpful in showing me 2 different cars. He was patient during negotiations and remained calm/kind as my dad and I were going back and forth with the financial negotiator. My only complaint was the way this car dealership does not show any of the dealer add ons on their website or on the cars up for sale. We weren't shown the $4,000 of add ons until we were sitting at the table and shown the "total" price of the car. They then showed us the fineprint at the very bottom of the car add where the add ons are listed. They did apologize for this however said this is how they always advertise. Overall my experience was good and I still recommend this dealership for a new or used car. Raiv was great!

Red flag alert I repeat do not go to this location they hire rookie sales people that don't even know how to help customers I walked in and left right away the rookie sales man was talking about bad credit no problem and he can get me into a brand new car like first off you don't even know me my credit is 700 plus that's why I walked out on you go learn how to approach and talk to clients first !

We were well taken care of at this location! Steven and Alexis did an AMAZING job. Steven was so professional and friendly, it felt like we were talking to family. My brother was able to get a car, fresh off the lot at an affordable price. Steven made sure we knew the car like it was our own and actively made sure we were comfortable all through out the buying process. Definitely coming back when it is my time to buy a car!

I had a great experience at Kia of El Cajon. My sales associate was named Daniela. Her & the assistant sales manager made my wishes come true. They were able to work with me on my not so realistic monthly payment lol. I didn’t even look at other vehicles that were in my budget, they made it happen for me! The process was a piece of cake. I got to test drive the car & talk numbers, no haggling me. I would 100% recommend KIA of El cajon for new or used purchases. Ask for Daniella too, she has a great personality.

I am honestly astonished at how terrible my experience was buying a car here. I bought a 2021 Mazda 3 with 40k miles, clean car fax etc, love the car.12 hours after I bought my car, I noticed a bubble in the sidewall of the tire so immediately texted my sales advisor as all I had done was drive home in that time.After bringing the car in 2 days later since I couldn’t make it in earlier, I was told that the car was unsafe to drive on (in the way I bought it after the ‘safety examination & full detail including wax & shine of wheels before driving off the lot).Fast forward, I was repeatedly told the job would be done in a day, then two days, then 3, and finally a week after I bought the car I’m allowed to drive it again after the service department evaded multiple of my calls & would only update me when I reached out to them since my car was promised multiple times to be done on a day.Repeatedly, I was told ‘we’ll take care of you’. Well, I most certainly do not feel that way. Every step of the way all they did was remind me that they ‘don’t have to replace the tire for me but will do it out of good faith as well as replace the other front tire’I am so disappointed in how this entire thing was handled and at this point I’m just happy that their error in safety inspections didn’t cause a collision or worse if I had not caught it so soon.
