Less of a scary experience than I anticipated. Everyone is so friendly and inviting. The place is clean, cool and comfortable. The Dr. really helped in just one visit so I can only imagine how much it will help in the future. I was having trouble walking before I went in and it was a quick fix. Surprisingly satisfied. Will definitely recommend and return.

Horrible experience with the receptionist and we felt that she was being very racist and unprofessional. Around 11:30-12. Did not catch her name unfortunately. Was fine until she realized it would be my mother and aunt who do not speak English that would like to sign up. Her tone changed and starting coming up with excuses that honestly didn’t line up. First said that they would not be able to get in all day and then later said they would have to wait more than an hour while there were only two people waiting. It’s a business, like everywhere else, you should be friendly and professional to guarantee returning customers. Will not recommend and not go back.

I had filled out my information through the website to get the $29 new patient deal. I got a call the next morning to set an appointment because I had been having pain. As I was on my way to the appointment I realized that I didn’t confirm the location. (I’m in California and the appointment had been set for a location in Arkansas). When I arrived I figured I’d see if I could be a walk in since I effectively didn’t have an appointment. There was no one at the front when I walked in. I signed in at the sign in sheet. About 2 minutes later a guy walks out and opens with “did you sign in?” I said “Yes sir” he leaves and comes back out a few minutes later. He asks if I am a new patient or returning. I let him know I’m new. I begin to try to let him know about the mix up, when I state that I made an appointment, he cuts me off and says “ Not here you didn’t” to which I reply “if you let me finish what I am saying” and he gives a half hearted apology”. After being informed that I can take the paperwork and return at a later date because he doesn’t know how to process a new patient, I instead call the El Cajon location instead. They tell me they can take me with no wait. I go over and get seen. Afterwards, I am told that I need follow up care for the next 2 months and will be given a deal to waive the fee for the day and 3 free visits if I sign up for the monthly plan. I say that I would like to pay for the visit and talk to my wife about it. The guy states, “after today we can not give to this deal” I state that I understand and will see what my and my wife decide. I come back 15 minutes later and let them know I’d like to move ahead with the plan. He says “It’s too late”. When I question him He basically shrugs his shoulders and says “ I told you, you’d lose the deal” I reminded him that he said I’d lose the deal “after today”. More shoulder shrugging and I left. I was willing to commit to a plan that would be essentially $260 out of pocket and possibly more if I stayed long term because I actually had a good experience with the doctor. Unfortunately, they lost me because they wanted to me immediately sign up instead of working it out with my wife. I’ll never go there again and I’m going to let my friend’s and family know how they operate. It’s probably fortunate that I learn that this is who they are and how they operate before signing a contract. It’s unfortunate because I’m left searching for someone else to take care of me and have to start over.

Always a friendly experience when I get adjusted here. The doctors take their time to give you a proper treatment plan and give your injury or pain the attention it deserves. Linda at the front desk is such a sweet patient person and deserves a raise!

All I can say is first the receptionist Miss Linda is a wonderful spirit and makes you feel very comfortable being in that office. Second but absolutely not least Dr White is amazing and I'm thankful to God for her services today my body feels 200% better.

Poor/frustrating experienceBeen a client for over a year and have had the same card on file for over a year. Today I went in and they said the card on file wasn't working. They said it could be a glitch in the system which happens sometimes. I had plenty of money in this account and never an issue before. They've charged me the last few months even though I haven't gone and I go one time today and can't be seen.There are also always different doctors and receptionists there. Some are good, some are not.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at The Joint Chiropractor on Fletcher Parkway. I usually visit your Mission Valley location and have always had a positive experience there. However, the El Cajon location was a completely different story. The chiropractor was rude and unprofessional, which made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable during my visit. Furthermore, I don't feel that the adjustment I received was effective.I am bringing this to your attention because I believe in the importance of providing feedback to businesses to help them improve their services. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and look into the matter to ensure that other customers do not have similar experiences in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,Jamil Biddle

Love this place!! Such great service, staff are so friendly and helpful. Life changing, came the day I flew out on a trip, had no issues getting in and out quickly and was able to enjoy my trip pain free! Donavan is so nice working the weekends, could not recommend this place anymore! Love it!

They have many good Chiropractors, you just have to find the one who's style and method works best for you. Then keep track of their schedule. It would be helpful if they would post their Chiropractors schedule and locations for the week.

I went in with immediate need for realignment and found a kind and helpful reception staff, chiropractor listened carefully and was gentle with adjustments. He seemed well versed in trauma informed care by assessing my comfort level with touch on various parts of my body and told me what would happen next and what to expect in terms of sounds and felt sensations before each adjustment as well as checked in after to be sure I felt okay and was not experiencing any discomfort. Treatment seemed to be least invasive needed for the issue to be resolved and there was clear communication about recommendations for aftercare. All this with an efficient first appointment and a reasonably affordable option for bundling cost of aftercare. Only reason for 4 stars is that after filling out the intake paperwork the chiropractor asked same questions again. Also, the open format is nice but doesn't give a true sense of confidentiality due to no door on the adjustment space to soundproof from the waiting room. Otherwise a great space and experience!
