The highest quality blade I’ve owned but on top of that, customer service was outstanding when the postal service lost my package. They did everything they could and communicated well as we dealt with the issue. Will be a repeat customer.

Ordered a Merchant 2.0, the customer service and shipping was spot on, but best of all, the knife is most excellent. The perfect mix of beauty and durability. Just kidding, not the prettiest knife, but still the favorite in my collection.
