Horrible experience avoid ANDREA do not purchase your items with her! I was gifted a giftcard so i checked online for the amount before heading into the store, it had $25 i went inside to purchase some makeup when i went to go checkout Andrea was the girl at the register she scanned my giftcard i put the card pin in and the screen said “approved thank you” she starts pressing buttons on her screen then tells me it didn’t go through and she had to scan it again so she did and same thing “approved thank you” then she tells me the giftcard has $0 amount which made no sense since i checked for the amount online right before entering the store. I told her i checked and it had money but she kept telling me it didn’t something seemed off but i just proceeded to purchase my items which i was very upset about because the whole purpose of my visit was to use the giftcard. I asked to speak to a manager and when i was telling her what had happened Andrea kept looking at us looking with a worried and scared face. The manager told me to call the number on the back so i did and explained to the women on the phone everything that happened. The women looked up the giftcard history and confirmed the card had money in it and was scanned and used. Unfortunately because the purchase was made in store i couldn’t get a $25 refund. But it confirmed she scammed me from my giftcard and made me believe the card really had no money in it. Super upsetting and worst experience ever i hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else and Andrea gets investigated because something isn’t right.

This is not the first time I was there and I want to may your attention for the wonderful girl Wendy. She is a professional! She's incredible!! She's the only reason I want to go to your store! She is responsive, attentive and professional! I found everything I need in minutes and I always leave store happy! Thank you for such a professionally personal who does everything for a wonderful shopping experiences! Wendy you are the best!!!!!

What a top tier awful experience. With a store filled with employees, I would have expected to have had an employee intercept me in order to help me out. Instead I saw at least 5 employees just hovering around the store. Some actively trying on new perfumes. Not a single one anticipating my needs as a customer.
I initiated a conversation with one employee, and notified her that customers are just wandering around and no one is helping make their shopping experience a little better, or answering questions. Instead she tells me “I’m just a vendor” what the HELL does that even mean? Vendor, employee? She was actively spraying perfume and smelling it and basking in it. I guess that’s what “vendors” are hired to do.
I hope the manager sees this, and does some corrective action for their employees and “vendors”. Anticipate the customers needs, initiate conversation, make eye contact, and generally act like you’re there to sell a fricken product. Your competition is Amazon, the only reason a person would go to a retail store in person would be to experience good customer service and feel a tangible product. The store manager and employees are actively destroying the companies name and reputation.
I will never step foot in this location ever.
Edit: After reading your reviews I see this is a common occurrence. Hire better, or train better. This falls completely on the manager/owner for being complacent. I will absolutely be forwarding this to corporate.

Stylist are very rude and racist !!! Don’t bother if you have textured curly hair, very unprofessional and manager ??? Please replace her if she can’t learn to deal with their customers, what manager backs up their employees and tells me I’m lying ?? Get this store a new team !!!

Very racist and rude employees! Terrible customer service. Racist hair stylist that flat irons hair needs to be fired! Especially for falsely accusing customers of things that are not true! Please do not visit this location! The way they treat people, especially people of color is completely disgusting and disrespectful!
