I came to this branch today and the two employee who helped me they went above and beyond. Rei and karter spent so much of their time Trying to figure out a way to send the stuff I need to printed to them since it was a big folder. Keep up the hard work team will always be coming back and will definitely recommend this UPS to other people.

This store is crazy over priced , they wanted 160$ to ship empty boxes. It was cheaper for me to go home and print out a label then drop it off. On top of that the manager calls me and tells me my package isn’t wrapped good enough and the converier belt will rip my label right off and suggested I need to wrap it better so I did then I get xtra fees added on for the weight being off from the original size and weight. Thanx guys horrible experience

I did not like the customer service at the phone when I call I ask hi how are you? They say is busy. I said I’m sorry say, how can I help? Can I have a attitude? I did just ask about my tracking package. I supposed to receive it today I understand they’re busy, but the customer service is First. The phone be nice with the people.

Somebody rushed to the door to lock it before 6:00pm (closing time) with people still inside and me clearly at the door, refusing to let me in.
