I went today to reknew my pasport ..
After 15 minuits of waiting ..
One of ladys work their she was tuf and say go online I cant help you .!!!
Ask your son or daughter or any one to help you.
I told her I dont have anyone .and i dont have combuter and printer..she say so you will not have passport to travel for vacation??.
I cant help you ??? It was ruod not nice atall.

We got there right at 8am. The guy who assisted us was very rude. We were in good mood and greeted everyone a good morning. It was my first time doing money order and mailing a return envelope in my package so I politely asked for his assistance but he was very rude. He never guided us, he never smiled. He just kept looking at me wuth his annoyed face while I was taking my time trying not to do things wrong at my end. He was sarcastic on every question i asked instead. He never explained. He said there is no way he could give us a usps tracking for the return envelope, period. When i researched, it said we could have gotten one with some charges and the tracking will be activated once the return envelope is used to ship back my mail. He shouldnt work there.

Everyone at this post office is always efficient, helpful & knowledgeable! I recently moved but still use this location because of the clerks who work there - Jimi, Erik, Luis, Celia, Leonard, William and the rest.
For the other people leaving reviews, saying employees should be replaced/fired - that’s not how it works. They are employees of the federal government & belong to unions. They don’t have to be nice to anyone (yet they are) and you can’t have them fired.

Passport service are not serious at all!!!!
I went Tuesday afternoon at 3 pm for walk in they said no we can’t take you today you’re late come back tomorrow at 1.45pm I said okay no problem. Came back Wednesday as they said on time and they told me no one is here today for passeport service come back tomorrow same time!! Came back again Thursday as they ask and told me the same thing!!! That mean they do that all the time and to everybody every day that’s not acceptable and not serious at all someone must do something about that.

Worst customer service ever all the workers are so lazy like they don’t want to work or answer questions they look so annoyed I’ve gone several times and it’s always the worst experience long lines workers move so slow

I only recieve a mail person about 3x a week I have called 3x about this! The mail person just does not deliver most of the week. I have mail daily but don't receive it as business and personal have called me not knowing what's going on. Hint I have cameras on my box, so I know if they came or not again today, there was no mail. I will file a complaint in writing as my calls are not taken seriously. You have terrible reviews. It's time you dealt with your poor service, or would you like a class action law suite to wake you up. I expect mail monday thru sat except holidays not radom 2 or 3x a week and 1x always the replacement for the regular woman he does deliver this woman shows up like 2 or my 3x a week. I'm going to file with the post master general because you will not improve by calls and requests so heavier action will be needed. Thanks be! They gave us our original mailman back! He is great! We love him. He is beyond efficient. Hire more like him!

Terrible store, try FedEx or other postal services. I'm sure other USPS stores are great, however this store lacks integrity, and professional employees. Please replace the staff ASAP.
