Bums. Did not let me drop off package at 5:01pm. Self serve kiosk works but their dropoff box was "out of order." Older gentlemen did not want to just take my box. Told me no and left. Terrible customer service. No reason to even have a self serve kiosk if you can't leave packages.

This is the 2nd time my prescriptions are missing. The app tells me it’s been delivered, but they are not here. Something fishy about this usps location. I asked my postman and he says he didn’t see it. I’ve had to report missing medication twice!

The lady at the passport office is so rude and lack of customer service skills, I looked at the reviews I find the same complaint about her but I don't know why she is still at that position, they must change her position. But the rest of the employees are generally nice.

Some of the employees are nice but the lady that manages the passports is extremely rude. And when we were trying to take the passport pictures she gave us an attitude the whole time.

Seems postal carriers don't have much sense even though I put the names in the mailbox of the present occupants,they keep putting other people's mail in the box why do they hire these knumbskulls,also some female carrier asked me to go around with my dog but yet thete was a German shephard that passed sglhe said nothing Grow up postal carriers

I run a business through my PO box and they decided to close and change the locks. Sell my PO box to somebody else and now I get to throw away all of my business cards.Side note, I see them horribly handling packages in the back portion of their property. I would never use USPS ever if I had to choose a mail system

Worst post office of all time. Hate to say I was this person, but I have been so upset I called for 30 minutes straight due to packaging error on their end & no one answered.... Please don't ever deal with these people @ this location, they suck. Hire more employees pls !!!!!
