This store is the worst store. Verizon is a scam, over charging customers with outrageous activation fees and accessories. Issues after issues with billing discrepancies, the run around with the store management/associates and customer service who NEVER calls back. We are finally ending our 4 month contract and going back to T-Mobile. The best decision ever. Verizon do not know how to take care of customers. Please give up stop doing business and let the professionals take over. Never had an experience where the store management/associates falsify signatures on our contract and even impersonated my wife to close the deal.

They have very bad service, the man who helped me was rushing me to look for a cell phone instead of giving me the time and helping me look for one, I decided to leave and go to another location since when we were doing the paperwork he continued with his bad attitude

Zero stars for this bait and switch den of liars. Beware! Go to a Verizon store that is an authorized dealer. They are not. They have a locking doorbell so they can keep out the people they have cheated. They do not know their business and the customers pay....and pay.

Came in around the end of July 2023 to get a new phone, because the one I had broke. Was told the only way I could get the S23 is if I pay the current (broken) phone off, which was around 400/500 dollars. I paid it in cash,got my S23, gave them the old phone and left. I have found out 6 months later that I'm still being charged for a phone I PAID OFF, and they have no record of me paying. Unfortunately after 6 months I dont have the receipt, but seriously? So, where did my money go? This is a huge deal and a very poor look on the company.

Worse customer service ever! Was way better off going the Verizon store in Mission Valley or Santee. Way more qualified people & very helpful compared to this location. Stopped by after work as it was on my way home as I needed help getting my phone set up & was not very helpful. From when I walked in wasn't even acknowledged and when I finally got service it was like I was an inconvenience for them, but definitely is different if your a female they pay close attention to you & skip everyone else to help out a female customers in a creepy way like there trying lame pick up lines. As one store associate was trying help out a female customer the entire time he sounded like a used car salesman in trying to make her upgrade her phone & just seemed like a scam of other things I over heard as all she wanted was a screen protector as he was trying to tell her the screen protector is $70 bucks! Scam!! Once I did get my phone going by barely in help that I needed they didn't even offer a case or screen protector that I also needed but gladly take my business & money elsewhere. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! Zero helpfulness!! Zero customer service skills!! I would have included all there names but hard to see there name badges hanging around there necks totally useless location!!

Experience was "DEFINITELY" not the best experience I've had since being a customer for over 14+ yrs. Oh let's not forget the little weasel that "helped" me & said he was gonna hook me up with a screen protector & the next day when I had to go back cuz he never activated the SIM card & I was able to get emails I saw that the "hook up" & implied free screen protector was in fact $64.99! In which was probably the most expensive one. Amongst other things like... not even going to bother wasting my time with the rest.

Dom is the best! That man deserves a raise! He figured out what was wrong with my old phone, got me a new phone and transferred all my data in less than a hour! The price he quoted me, was the exact price I paid. I was extremely happy with my experience today.
