The WORST store!!!! Where do I begin? First the Middle Eastern managers like to laugh at customers when we have a complaint and I over heard Mytrell tell one guy he had to keep his composite until the customer was out of sight.
You have Arabic boys at self check out who allow older Arabic men to cut in front of American women. And when you call them on it they shrug at you. I called and tried to talk to Mytrell about it and he tried to make excuses. He didn't care.
I went to take something back and I had paid half cash and half debit card and for some reason I didn't get all the cash back and no one could tell me why I was not given a full refund.
This store has gotten so bad we only go when we have to pick up medication. The employees who do the shopping for online customers act like they are the only ones in the store and you better watch out. I've been backed up into alot. And they don't care.
