If you need banking needs I wouldn't go to this location, has been the second time I've left after 20 minutes of not being helped or even updated for when I'm going to be helped. Pretty pathetic when every banker is available as well. For such a big name definitely doesn't portray it here at this location

Ate my money and now I have to wait 10 days to have my money deposited. :) I’m no longer going to bank with Wells Fargo after this.

Bad service never have enough employees working on busy time of the day and see employee just walk back and fourth in the back without helping

They lie. And Said they now pay direct deposits 2 days early. That's a lie. I still get paid same day. Gonna move mt $$ to a credit union. Wells Fargo is not the same anymore. I am out!!

I just wanted to jump on here \\u0026 say, great customer service, I’ve been in here only a few times but the peoples are always on their job, I come in on busy days \\u0026 the line moves considerable well. All have been professional \\u0026 friendly. Coming from an extremely racists little town in Twentynine Palms where I’ve experienced extremely horrible service, this Wells Fargo was a literal breath of fresh air, the way they handle my transactions. Good Job \\u0026 Thank you ?? ?? ATM \\u0026 a Drive up Window, they know they have a heavy traffic flow \\u0026 have what’s necessary to get the job done. ?? Kudos

This branch is habitually understaffed! It is located next door to a mall and is always busy. Poorly managed, as the always 20 people in line are always complaining. HIRE MORE TELLERS!

ATMs work well. Drive up and walk up ATMs available. This is a rating of the ATM as the Google maps named this site "ATM ( Wells Fargo ). Please make rating for the branch as Wells Fargo.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I called the customer service number and they told me to just come into any branch for the temporary debit card! When i get here the manager says I should call first and make an appointment!! I said well wells fargo said come in ... and the manager said i should have called first??? and i said isnt all the same? she was so codescending and said you can google and call us... I WAS PISSED!! she said the banker is on break... its been 20 minutes .. breaks shouldnt take that long.... PLACE IS SOO HORRIBLE!!!
