Complete garbage. I went in to withdraw from my joint account and received my funds and then I started to inquire about a different account, and without even listening to what I said, the brunette with the short hair says no we don't do that well, if you just listen to my question before you interrupting, you would understand and see if you do or do not do it or able to help me with the transaction. immediately I start to ask her questions on when the due date is and if I can pay the bill and she gave me the information in a heartbeat, please hire staff that have excellent customer service and stop hiring these d*** inexperienced people.

I have been a customer at Wells Fargo since 1986. I have 6 accounts. One of the accounts is for my disabled son. I am the custodial payee for his SSI monthly deposits. I have been transferring weekly amounts to my son's individual Wells Fargo account.. since 2004...18 years no problem. In October 2022 without any notice to me Zelle took over all transfers. What a MESS. I spent 3 months, more hours than I can count with more than 6 WF reps. No one knew how to make transfers from one WF account to another WF account. I went all the way up to the chain. One had me WIRE the money assured me no charges to my account..wrong. Both accounts charged $30. Another rep had me set up BILL PAY. They took out the money from my account and it went to cyber heaven. They didn't put it in any account....more hours on phone. I have been transferred from one dept to another. The "specialist" in the I. T. dept was so rude and said he didn't know what to do. He transfered me to Fraud Dept just to get rid of me. I tried numerous times to call and set up in-person appointment. Line was busy or no pick up. If you go into the bank which is now like a ghost town, they said they were "booked" for the day. For 3 months I have been put through unnecessary aggravation and stress. The employees don't care and haven't been trained to know much of any thing any more. I have now opened up new accounts with USAA Banking. They have been WONDERFUL...everything has gone so smooth. I will now be closing one account at at time with WF. ZELLE has lost MANY accounts for WF.

after several attempts to meet with one of the bankers unsuccessfully, And after I spoke with the young manager, the overall impression they gave is simply we don't need you, and when I inquired about closing my account, they assured me that they can take care of that in no time, That's after nearly 12 years of banking with themAnd having my investment with them.disappointed customer.

Horrible service. No one cares that they never answer their phones to get information about when their foreign exchange teller will be there. I spoke with the branch manager and just got a blank stare. Had to wait in line for 30 minutes just to find this out that I had to return , even when I asked an employee if I could get my transaction completed; they are not well-informed. I am going to submit a formal complaint with the Federal Reserve.

I walked into the branch to see that there weren't any bankers available as my transaction required to meet with a banker so I got in the teller line until I saw a banker come out. Turns out there were two women in an office chit chatting the whole time meanwhile there was a long line for the ONE teller. Of course the banker approaches a man that had just walked in asking how she could help him versus asking those in the teller line in the order they came in if she could help as she was locked in an office chitchatting the whole time. If you have all the time in the world to come into a branch and spend an obnoxiously long time to be assisted, then this is the place to come.

Very nice location and great inside. However, they only ever have 1 or 2 tellers at a time. I always need to block a half hour when I go to this branch. Nice people working there though

Super annoyed with Saturday hours. I came at 12:13 pm and closed. Weekdays are hard to make when you're working.

Mom banks here and this is her favorite branch, she is in and out with her transactions. Inside is clean they provide hand sanitizer and all bankers are friendly and welcoming.

I was in the area shopping today and decided to stop at this Wells Fargo bank location instead of the usual ones I normally go to. Walking in, this branch is definitely much bigger and a lot nicer compared to the other ones I do my banking at. There was a little bit of a line, but it was moving fairly quickly. Krystal or Crystal was the teller who was helping me and she was great. Very sweet and friendly. It's nice to get a "how's your day going" and I definitely appreciated that from her. The El Cajon locations are closer to me, so I'll probably continue going to those branches, but if I'm ever in the area again, I wouldn't mind coming back here at all.

I went online and looked at the poles and reviews for banks. Wells Fargo attracted me becouse it seems they like to help small businesses. I opened a merchant account, and so far im happy. I got a $500 rebate for switching to clover! The online banking and the quickbooks feed is all great. Gana and Carlos got me setup up, really nice guys. Gana has gone over and above helping me, gave me his cell number . Ive called him on the weekend and he answered. I actually feel like this is my community . So far so good. Thanks Guys

This branch is AMAZING!! I walked in with some issues on my account and Awaz helped me right away. She took care of the whole issue so smoothly. She also introduced me to Lidya, the branch manager. She was so sweet and I always waive hello when I walk in. It's so nice to know the Branch Manager. Lily is the teller that always helps me deposit my checks. These ladies are amazing! Thank you for getting me excited to come see you guys! Go see them at the WF in Rancho!
