I have been going to Wireless R Us for years. I either I need phone glass repairs, phone repair, accessories and every time I am satisfied. If something they repaired or exchanged out ended up not working ? they will more then happy make it right. Of course common sense, it all depends how long from the date you get it back. ?

Sal is the best! I brought my iphone in with a cracked screen. Although I know how to fix it myself, Sal was nice enough to sell me a new screen and gave me a free screen protector. I have since been in 5 times with a cracked screen protector and was given a free replacement the first 2 times I broke it. I recently bought a brand new iphone from them and Sal threw in a case and screen protector. All this with a smile as usual because Sal(the owner) is just a really nice guy! Wy would I go anywhere else?

In the two times I ever went there they replaced my broken screen with a significantly lower quality one that broke only a few days later. You can literally see the LCD separate from the glass, and the home button is loose.

MetroPCS is my carrier and they no longer carry my phone so they don't have a case for it and wireless r Us had a case and I ordered it and it took till today to get it which is only 3 days so I'm very happy with what they carry and have and can order for me it worked out well
