“I had ordered a print-on-demand Halloween shirt and the printing melted in the dryer (the tag said "tumble dry low"). Devastated, I visited the store to try to see about getting a replacement (which I will never put in the dryer ever). Jose worked hard trying to get me a replacement and ended up having to call customer service because he kept getting an error when he'd try to order. He spent a long time troubleshooting and talking with customer service to get me a replacement shirt for the same price I paid. Jose's kindness and patience were a true blessing.”
“Walked in looking for a turtle neck. Granted, they’re out of season. I happened to walk right up to the manager, Christine. She happily assisted me showing me options she had! Also she graciously helped me sign up for their rewards program which gave me $10.00 off! I walked out with a nice sweater for my job interview for $10.00”

“I love the Bootbarn. The staff is always friendly and helpful when I come in. The biggest plus is that they stretch your boot shafts for you, and I just found this out. I always struggle to find cute boots because I don't have small calves and they don't always carry the wide shaft in store. Now I can pick any boot I want!”

“I’m so grateful for the incredible service at the Vans store! I (stupidly) ordered a pair of shoes the night before a big trip, forgetting that my schedule the next day was packed — I worked 12–8 and had a 6 AM flight the following morning. My only window to pick up the shoes was between 11 and 11:30 AM before heading to work.
I called ahead and explained the situation, and Israel and Jonas were absolute lifesavers. They worked swiftly, kindly, and got my order fulfilled early so I could swing by and grab it just in time. I was so thankful for their help and great attitudes.

“My experience today was great. A friendly employee named Aiden greeted me as they always do but today I took advantage of assistance and helped me find multiple items I was looking for. “There store hours are not correct on the Yelp app. Or on their store phone message says they're open from 10 am to 4 pm which is not correct. The stores hours are Open 11 am and closes at 5:00 pm Store Closed Tuesday and Wednesday.”
“This is a great store if you want to buy clothes such as last year's fashions or even this year's at very inexpensive prices. I like going in there and checking out the shoes I buy shoes a lot, you can get them here or any of the Ross's starting at $20 and up. I also like getting my shirts and shorts there, you can always find good styles very reasonably priced.If you haven't been to Ross because you think it's a cheap store and only for people that don't shop at Nordstrom's or Macy's or any of the big clothing outfitters give it a try, you may be surprised. So enjoy your shopping”
