“Hands down best customer service I've ever experienced at an Auto repair shop! Jose was so kind and welcoming as well as knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in detail and he was honest about the condition of my vehicle from the beginning. He made me feel comfortable and I could tell he was really trying to help me without taking advantage of me for being a woman like other auto repair shops in the valley. Do not hesitate to take your vehicles to Rigo's Auto Shop! Make sure and ask for Jose you won't regret it.”

“Very happy with the work done to my 09 Tacoma, another shop wasn't able to diagnose the problem, Pro Auto took care of businesses. Will definitely recommend this place. Price for the repair was fair, I asked for OEM parts, since Toyotas are allergic to parts that are not OEM. Finding a reliable mechanic is so hard, I believe I found mine from now on.”

“Patricia is an absolute lifesaver! I got a flat tire on the side of the road after they had already closed. Even though they were closed for the day, Patricia went above and beyond by calling one of her employees to come back and help me. That’s the kind of customer service you don’t see often anymore. I’m forever grateful for her kindness and willingness to help when I really needed it. Good people still exist, and RM Tires Corporation is proof of that. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, caring, and dependable service. Thank you again, Patricia!”

“While on vacation from Oklahoma, a giant farm implement ran into us while we were driving on the south end of the Salton Sea. The vehicle wasn't drivable so we had our insurance arrange for a place to have it fixed. They recommended Caliber Collision. Never heard of them, but while finishing the rest of our vacation in a rental, I didn't see that I had much choice. Caliber Collision was the one. I was somewhat concerned about having my car repaired so far from home and by people I didn't know. Turns out, there was no need to worry. They did a great job. The kept me informed with calls and text messages. I knew about every step they were taking. The process was easy, and they had the car repaired by the date they originally estimated. What was really nice was they allowed my vehicle to stay with them while I was arranging delivery. Not the easiest thing to get a vehicle delivered from El Centro to my home in OK. While I would NOT recommend being hit by a giant farm implement, if you ever find yourself needing collision repair services in the El Centro area, I would highly recommend Caliber Collision. They did a great job. I've added a before an after pic. Very happy!”

“Chris Young was a god send. Guy is straight up and down to earth type of mechanic. He went out of his way to get my truck going again. Made the trip to pick up my truck and fixed it in a single day. Gave me the run down straight up with no additional BS. Definitely need to add some more things to update my truck but he’s going to be the one to handle all my mechanical issues from this point on. As a veteran, I’m always skeptical about individuals handling my cars especially my truck and usually end up doing the work myself. I trusted Chris and he did not disappoint! Definitely a NO BS dude and gets straight to the point with no hassling .”

“I took my vehicle in about 2 weeks ago, and they were super responsible, honest and quick. They’re always keeping me updated about the status of my vehicle and explain to me with detail what is going to be done on my vehicle, and the parts that are going to be replaced . They did everything to make sure my parts are in as quick as possible but also make sure I know if some parts will take longer to come in than others. Really friendly staff and affordable prices, highly recommend this shop for any auto body work you need done on your vehicle. Best shop in the valley.Services: Body & Trim”

“Excellent service from Valley Glass on the windshield replacement for our 2015 Nissan NV cargo van at Pane & Panels Pro Cleaning. Communication was professional and clear from start to finish, and Ricardo promptly completed the work without any issues. Ricardo, the maintenance technician, did an outstanding job with the installation and attention to detail. Maria and Beatrice in the front office were also extremely professional, helpful, and communicative throughout the entire process. As a service business ourselves, we truly appreciate professionalism, quality workmanship, and good customer care — and Valley Glass exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended. Called Sergio and explained the situation and he told me to bring it in and they would do whatever they could to get me back on the road that same day. “We were stuck near the Imperial Sand Dunes lookout and Camel Towing was a literally life saver! Nowhere near any place we could walk to, and in the 100 degree heat with a car we couldn’t drive was awful and stressful. We called multiple towing companies nearby and none would or were able to help tow an electric car. We called Camel Towing and they immediately were willing to help and said they’d be there in an hour and 15 minutes. They came quite literally in that time window and Mando was so friendly and great and put us at ease. He took us back into town 40 minutes away to a charging station and told us a lot of interesting facts about the area and the sand dunes and made the process and enjoyable as it can be. Even made sure we could stop at a gas station to get water or snacks if we needed since we were stranded for the better part of a day. So thankful for these guys! If you have any trouble in the Sand Dunes area they are for sure one of the best options!”
