“While on vacation from Oklahoma, a giant farm implement ran into us while we were driving on the south end of the Salton Sea. The vehicle wasn't drivable so we had our insurance arrange for a place to have it fixed. They recommended Caliber Collision. Never heard of them, but while finishing the rest of our vacation in a rental, I didn't see that I had much choice. Caliber Collision was the one. I was somewhat concerned about having my car repaired so far from home and by people I didn't know. Turns out, there was no need to worry. They did a great job. The kept me informed with calls and text messages. I knew about every step they were taking. The process was easy, and they had the car repaired by the date they originally estimated. What was really nice was they allowed my vehicle to stay with them while I was arranging delivery. Not the easiest thing to get a vehicle delivered from El Centro to my home in OK.
While I would NOT recommend being hit by a giant farm implement, if you ever find yourself needing collision repair services in the El Centro area, I would highly recommend Caliber Collision. They did a great job. I've added a before an after pic. Very happy!”

“Was on my was back to Phoenix from San Diego a couple weeks ago when my radiator cracked about 15 miles outside of El Centro. Called Sergio and explained the situation and he told me to bring it in and they would do whatever they could to get me back on the road that same day. Sure enough two hours after the tow truck dropped us off they had the car running with a new radiator!
Such a blessing! Can't thank Sergio and his mechanic enough!”

“We were stuck near the Imperial Sand Dunes lookout and Camel Towing was a literally life saver!
Nowhere near any place we could walk to, and in the 100 degree heat with a car we couldn’t drive was awful and stressful. We called multiple towing companies nearby and none would or were able to help tow an electric car.
We called Camel Towing and they immediately were willing to help and said they’d be there in an hour and 15 minutes. They came quite literally in that time window and Mando was so friendly and great and put us at ease.
He took us back into town 40 minutes away to a charging station and told us a lot of interesting facts about the area and the sand dunes and made the process and enjoyable as it can be. Even made sure we could stop at a gas station to get water or snacks if we needed since we were stranded for the better part of a day.
So thankful for these guys! If you have any trouble in the Sand Dunes area they are for sure one of the best options!”

“With regard to efficiency and promptness, they are better than Imperial Valley Auto (Chevrolet and GMC). My sisters got a new Chevy Trax 2026 and the car was turned in to them without the sturdier mats and something was missing from the tire traction. I went in by appointment to get those things taken care of and was told it would be 30 minutes on the phone. When I got there, I was told 1 hour even though I arrived when they opened. They ended up taking 2 hours and I was late to work. At El Centro Motors, I was given a timeline of 2-3 days for my rear window on the driver's side to be fixed and was given the car within that timeframe. This was for a 2024 Ford Escape. The car was within the limits of the bumper to bumper warranty and I was not charged a deductible.”

“While traveling to So. Cal, I came in with the low pressure tire light on and was concerned about the tire pressure. This was after having all the sensors replaced from another dealership. The tires were all good and Dakota, who I felt went out of his way, and was able to double check all the sensors to make sure they were good and then reset the entire system. “My 2007 Ford Super Duty 6.0 ruptured a hose just past the sand dunes off I-8. Had it towed to Ricks, and immediately the owner came out and found the problem. He was getting ready to close, but I already had a ride back to San Diego county. I told him to take his time and I would come back to pick it up. Went in this Saturday (Oct 29) and was told to take the truck and pay later.Wow! Never had that happen before.Great customer service, and very trusting.”
