Called the aoutomated phone system attempting to get a bank worker to pick up the phone for almost 47minutes, but someone at their end kept hanging up my calls. Very unprofessional service! No winder their bank here in Yuma,az shut down....poor service!

I opened an account today at this branch. The front desk attendant was very polite setting up an appointment. Then Elya, the senior banker, made the appointment quick, easy, and informative. Great service overall!
