it was great service, the girls in the front super kind, thank u for translating from English to Spanish, I do speak English; however, just because one of the girls says "no hablar, Can u send someone to translate," I did continue with my beautiful Spanish..other than that great service.

This store has a variety of scented products ranging from candles, soaps, bath and body. I primarily use hand soaps and the selection here gives me more variety for scents than typical store soaps like Dial. The candles last a long time and come in a variety of sizes and scents. I rarely use the products for the body. The store runs regular sales and that's when it's best to stock up.

Yolanda was very rude towards my mother when all she wanted to do is return items, car fragrances that did not work at all. She came in with her receipt, items unused and sealed but somehow when it was time to insert her card so that the money transfers back to her the system said there was a problem with my mothers card and when my mother explained to her that the card was fine and that there shouldn’t be a problem if she could try again Yolanda replied: “That’s not my problem” and the whole time she was having an attitude of indifference. Instead of Yolanda having an attitude towards customers who simply want to have a nice experience at this store, she should calmly and nicely have the patience to see what the problem is with the system because at the end the system did let the money go through and the card was fine. We love to shop here for the hand soaps, the employees are always very nice and helpful and nothing like this has ever happened before.

Coming to this Bath & Body Works store is always such a comfortable experience. The people who work here are so friendly and helpful! They get 5 stars for the customer service alone. On top of that, they’ve had great sales lately which is another reason I keep going back!
