I went in to purchase a TV and compare, but the heat was unbearable. It seems they aren’t running their AC system, especially at this time of the year. You would assume they would run it to make things more comfortable for the customers.

What is the point of having employees when no one is helping you the second you walk in they stand on there phones i knew i wasn't going to get help but i still walked in couldn't find what i need and when i thought i was going to get help they walked away acting like they are stacking shelves the whole store looks like nothing is put away clean it up and get back you work .

My infuriating saga with Best Buy's online service has been a festering wound of incompetence and disdain. What began as a simple transaction for appliances swiftly devolved into a cesspool of ineptitude and absolute disregard for customer satisfaction. From the moment I clicked the "purchase" button on their website, I was thrust into a maelstrom of inefficiency and negligence. The promised delivery dates were nothing more than hollow lies, as Best Buy failed not once, but twice, to fulfill their end of the bargain. The abysmal lack of communication regarding these delays was not just negligent; it was a slap in the face. I was left scrambling to rearrange my schedule, desperately trying to coordinate with a handyman who was left twiddling his thumbs, waiting for a delivery that never arrived. And when I dared to seek refuge in their customer service, I was met with a level of callousness that would make a stone weep. The sheer audacity of hanging up on a paying customer in the midst of a legitimate grievance is a testament to Best Buy's utter contempt for basic decency. It's as if they view their customers not as valued patrons, but as bothersome gnats to be swatted away at their convenience. Well, congratulations, Best Buy, you've succeeded in alienating a once-loyal customer. I will not only be taking my business elsewhere but will also unleash a tidal wave of venomous reviews across every social media platform known to humanity and lodge a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, because the world deserves to know just how repugnant your company truly is. In an era where customer experience reigns supreme, Best Buy has demonstrated that they are nothing more than a cesspool of greed and indifference. Shame on you, Best Buy. Shame on you.
