Came 15 min before closing. The girl wouldn’t let me in even though she had no one inside. Disappointed they advertise different hours.

Came to the mall close too 10am with my wife to get her eyebrows threaded waited 30 minutes and nobody showed up then came back around 2:30 and the lady that was threading proceeded to tell me she could take anymore people until 3 until someone else came the store hours say from 10am-8pm overall bad service with this place

On Sep 16,2022 around 1:30pm I went to get my brows done and not only was I unhappy with the results I’m fine with that because luckily it can grow back. I was just unhappy with the costumer service from the girl, she had dyed red hair and glasses. She was rough and left me a bit hurt under my brows and she would adjust the position of my head (I wasn’t happy with her doing that) rather than asking me. I like going there and have been going for some time now it was just that this time I was not happy with the costumer service of this specific girl.

Lady was rude about not having a mask & denied me service. Not only do they require a mask but won’t even provide you with one. Next thing you know they’re asking for ur vaccine card???? they obviously dont want your service ! Shape it threading on 4th st is the best??Service: Eyebrow threading
