They make too much noise with their cleaning machines, and they do it very early, they pour water on the door with a force machine and the whole thing gets in.
Water because the doors are not well sealed, the air machine is used almost every day, it is not necessary. The refrigeration is very old and poorly sealed, cold, heat and water get in.

I can’t say anything bad about rooms or location but I give one star overall, because the man answered the phone in Spanish I replied with no hablo espanol, to which the man replies okay hold on one moment…. (3 seconds later…) the phone hung up… terrible service it’s almost like I have to apologize for in advance for being a Caucasian, they automatically think I have a lot of money but the truth is I make just as much as the next minimum wage worker struggling to pay bills and living pay check to pay check I’m not special I’m not privelaged, I work hard at my Manuel labor job and I’m damn good at it too im a regular person sorry for the inconvenience due to the color of my skin lacking melanin and not knowing a different languages

I lived in this place for 6 months and I never had a problem or a negative incident w/ tenants or landlords. I recommend this place.

This is an extended stay. The rate is 575 per month to live. All utilities included. This used to be a hotel. You get a small room, stove, sink, bathroom, mini fridge, and a window AC unit. 575 to move in and 575 deposit. It is very noisy. You can hear everyone outside talking. The unit was filthy with roaches all over it. I had to spend 1 day cleaning, 1 day bombing, and a month covering the place with diatomaceous earth. During the first week, the toilet flooded. Parking is first come, first serve. Your mail is dropped off at the front office so everyone can see your business. I had a 1500.00 package stolen from me, after it was dropped off 30 minutes. In order to get your deposit back, well " IF " you get it back, you have to give a 30 days notice to vacate on the first of the month. This place sucks beyond sucks. But for a single person it'll do. Most people here have 3-4 people living in a unit. It's cheap.. so you can imagine how living is like. It will serve its purpose until you can find better.

What's it to you? I live here. I don't get anything fixed that needs being fixed. I think I am treated like second hand Luke. I'm supposed to be here in my room all alone 24-7. That's like a hermit. If I want to visit someone I have to go to them. I don't want lots of vitors, but if I am not hurting anyone and pay my rent on time and keep my room nice and clean. And I do , this is where I live ,I should be able to say yes this is my contry. I and of the Free home of the Brave. But no proff of that. I'm very lonely here, but no where else to go. I am a senior citizen and live in damaged confitions. I appreciate I have a roof over my head, but I can't get my dripping hot running b a the tub problem bfixed. It will inconvenience the other tenants. They could at least move me to another room that works.
