Waited in the customer service line. Needed to get a new membership card. Nora was incredibly rude. Jorge heard her and offered to help me immediately. Thank you Jorge. Nora -someone needs to teach you some customer service skills if you are going to be working in that department.

My husband and I drove from the next town over excited to go to a Costco. Immediately got yelled at in the very loudly entry way for not having a card and treated like we were an inconvenience. This was after fighting our way through the jammed and crazy parking lot. We will never be back so glad we didn't buy a membership in advance.

Well- This Costco is at it again - trying to discourage their customers- This time it is over me using self-check-out and creating two receipts. Oh- heaven forbid that a customer wants to split his selections into two for sorting reasons at home. - Well I did all of the work myself at the self check-out and I paid with my same card.- As I presented my two receipts at the door the nice gal did as she was told and informed me that starting in November this would not be allowed. - My response was -" Oh then I guess it is a good thing that Sam's club is only under an hour away in Yuma" Is this the local manager being anti-customer or is it COSTCO losing their edge?

Left upset with crying kids and a basket full of groceries couldn't get formula because the supervisor ( older Mexican with mustache) decided not to let me pay for stuff using my husbands card after interrogating me in front of my kids which I'm authorized to use to all other mothers out there who have to get groceries while our husbands are hard at work u may have issues paying like I did avoid the headache and emotional shopping experience I went through today for all stay home mothers

This store is very busy. The parking lot again isn't RV friendly. The store is organized differently than we're used to so it took awhile to find some items. I also wonder if Costco still sells gum. It was nice to see other people masked.

I came here on a Saturday a little before 3 pm. There was a long line by the exit as always. There were two people checking the receipts by the exit. the young Hispanic female checking the receipts by the exit started talking to the two guys exiting in front of me, started flirting with them, and started touching them in a flirtatious way! The convo was at least 5 min, the line behind me all went to the other line shooting them dirty looks, I was nexy in line so I patiently waited. When I finally had enough I tried to switch lines, and she said oh I'm open! I walked up to her annoyed, almost peeing myself with my pregnant belly, and asked" oh are you open now?" She screamed at me, "oh why are you in a hurry or something?" I then said, yes, I have a dr apt because I'm pregnant. She then told me, oh if you are pregnant then you shouldn't be here. How unprofessional!

The layout of this Costco is just not nearly as convenient as the others I have been to elsewhere. The warehouse itself was very hot, very jam packed (we went on a weekend day, but still...), and the parking lot was a nightmare. I probably won't be back.

You would think COVID didn't exist...not a single sanitizer for customers anywhere in the store. Carts are not sanitized, no one seems to care. In San Diego, carts are continuously sanitized right outside the door so you feel safe touching it. The carts at this Costco are disgusting. So much for caring about their customers....

I ordered my 4 tires online and also made the appointment for installation the same way. I showed up a little early and they took the vehicle right in. It was finished and ready to go right as I finished shopping. Costco pricing and service are great.
