I am in Sacramento and sent my aunt who lives in El Centro some flowers for Christmas. My aunt called me and said the bouquet was beautiful and smelled great. She was very happy with the flower arrangement. This is the second year that I have used Cynthia's Flowers and am pleased with their work.
