I really don’t like doing negative reviews but I was absolutely disgusted with the hygiene. After he soaked my nails in acetone, he squeezed the leftover back into the bottle to use again. Nothing was sterilised. He also used his own long nails to take away excess cuticle & polish down the side of nail which is gross. Then I was told to go wash my hands in the back & it was just so dirty in the room & rubbish everywhere. He was far too heavy handed & had to say it hurt a few times. But what upsets me most is the hygiene. Please be warned.

Pedicure was fantastic. It's the manicure that's the problem. The more I look at my acrylics, the more I hate them. The guy didn't clean up my cuticles, the acrylics aren't straight, and they're already lifting only a couple hours after getting them done. They just look terrible 😕

Just gonna be straightforward. Was nicked while having old polish removed and didn’t remove all the polish. The pedicure came out bad. Mildly rude & Over charged

terrible service, the worker was very rude and ignored my requests. i got my nails done less than a week ago and the paint is already chipping off. terrible quality.

I enjoy getting my nails done and my pedicure here. The line is never too long and if there are people ahead, it goes by quickly. They do such a great job and I'm always pleased.

HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT COME HERE! 0/10 went in yesterday for a soak off, they refused to use acetone and proceeded to try to drill off the acrylic after specifically requesting for them not to drill it off. The worker tossed a towel with a bowl of acetone and a file in front of me and told me to file them myself and then proceeded to walk out of the nail salon and sat at the bench in front of Dillards. I immediately left because of how unprofessional the situation was handled and how uncomfortable i felt. i will never be returning here again. After i spoke to management i was told they’d “talk” to him but are not responsible for his attitude. So for that reason i will never recommend them to anyone nor will i be returning.

Male employee was super creepy and made strange comments towards my girlfriend such as her not being allowed to look at other men and that she looks like his wife when she was young and cute like what were both underage and I don’t think a grown man should be comparing a teenage girl to his wife when she was “young and cute”
