Took my jewelry in to get fixed. They said it would take 2 weeks. It's been over 3 months & countless calls and unnecessary trips to the mall. Last time I went, the blonde señora was extremely rude & pointed at me with her long press on-nails which of course agitated me & made me act rude towards her as well. The man (last name Verdugo) started in as well and even called out my husband and asked him to go outside to fight when my husband was backing me up. We made a report with the mall security and luckily he happened to be there to witness the man challenging my husband so we wrote that in the report as well. They were so unprofessional & unhelpful. I still haven't gotten my jewelry or a replacement & calling customer service has been no help at all!

Don Robertos is the easiest place to get credit. But, they bother you so much it’s not even funny. I was never late on my payment... but they always bombarded me with phone calls 2-3 days before my payment was due. I’m the type of person that doesn’t like phone call harassment’s when I’m not even late on a payment.

If I could rate Daniels customer service with a negative 5 I would. Stephalina being one of the unprofessional customer accounts supervisors 310-665-2170 has the worst interpersonal communication skills I have ever dealt with. The employees answer my phone call, when I request help with a situation where I paid off my balance early, I continued to get charged interest and late fees for every subsequent month that my bank and corporate Daniels took to fix my situation. The minimum wage used car sales mentality that these people have is unbearable.They blacklisted my number and now when I call, they hang up on me or transfer my phone call to Stephalina; who is extremely rude and low in character. Unfortunately, I will NEVER BUY FROM DANIELS JEWELERS again because of the horrible experience I had with there administration and customer service.
